The location is in the heart of everything. The staff was amazing, especially Raja. The breakfast is so delicious and very tasty. And the hotel is super clean.

The hallways had a strange scent (fish?) and were somewhat dark.

If you don’t want to be charged extras then don’t help yourself to the drinks in the fridge or the chocolate and crisps on the shelf. Very easy to grab something then end up paying for it. Nothing really I didn’t like

Great location and within walking distance to a lot of places. The lobby vibrant, clean and spacious, even had sweets and water to help yourself to. The staff were amazing, happy, so friendly and welcoming, couldn’t fault them. The bedroom was clean and quiet. Went for the green option so had a drinks voucher person each night if you choose not to have room cleaning. Breakfast was spot on… so much to choose from (hot and cold), great selection and the times were good too. Would definitely recommend this hotel

The room space is quite small for TWO person especially with big suitcase.

Cups in room were espresso size so not great for a cup of tea!

Lovely comfortable & quiet room. Good breakfast with a variety of options. Staff really helpful. It's in a great location, easy to walk or get the tram to so many places. Drinks vouchers to use at the bar instead of getting your room cleaned if you choose.

The bar was a little disappointing. It was more cafe style.

Friendly staff and excellent location. Bedrooms are really modern with USB ports by the bed. Very clean and superb bathrooms with large walk in showers.

They charged us for a snack that was on a shelf outside the minibar that we thought it is part of the complimentary welcoming gift. There should be a sign/ clear note …. But overall we were very satisfied from the hotel and recommended it!!

There is no driveway at the property. You always get dropped off at the corner or the bridge nearby. It ca be inconvenient especially if you have luggages with you.

I have stayed in 3 other hotels in Amsterdam during my previous visits but i find NH Collection Flower Market to be most ideal in terms of location and value. The property has the best possible location for me. It’s near the central area and accessible to the many places of interests shops, restaurants and museums. The rooms are spacious enough for European standards, they are very clean and comfortable. The service from the reception to housekeeping is very warm and friendly. I appreciate the small touches of hospitality that the hotel has provided, like the water, fruits and candy at the reception. The hotel is great for families with kids as well.

The décor was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The little extra touches in the lobby like sweets and fresh water were a lovely touch and enjoyed by my children.

During breakfast I went to get a coffee from the machine, of which only one was working for the whole dining room, and on my return some idiot had cleared my entire breakfast away. The carpet throughout the hotel looked like a series of oil and paint spills. the first time I saw it I thought it was simply filthy. The mood of the hotel was a dark, depressing, box-like business experience. I would have ordered food on room service, but the app didn't work, so I went without.

The location was excellent. The room was fine. The bed was great. The breakfast was at best average for a hotel in this price bracket.

We think all was fantastic and just we would like to recommend the hotel to reduce the smell in the corridors.

The hotel location is amazing! We had access to public transport, restaurants and the beautiful surroundings just a walk distance. We really loved it! We did everything we wanted in Amsterdam and always had a beautiful place to go back. The staff was always friendly and open to help us when needed.
