There is no parking. Rather expensive, probably due to the the fair.

A hotel in an old town house, very central in Maastricht. Nice breakfast room. Has a certain athmosphere.

Parking in the area is pretty expensive, but there are two parking garages close by.

Very good location on a pretty quiet street. Great spacious rooms and an excellent continental breakfast with fresh bread and croissant. Most probably I will return to this hotel.

We missed a little fridge in the room. The parking on arrival was not suitable. Although the parking at the parking area was affordable, it was not close to the property.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Thank you for the kettle and mugs with some tea and coffee to use.

The stairs are a bit narrow and difficult to manage if you have large luggage. Some more light in the room would be better cos the current ones are a bit too dim.

This small hotel oozes character- it’s beautifully decorated and the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean. Will definitely keep it in mind when i return to Maastricht.

There were no doors between the bathroom and bedroom :-/ So weird. Also the blinds in the bathroom couldn't be closed 100%, so the people from the flat on the other side of the street could look right into the room.

The bed was terrible. I booked a kingsize and got a 140 cm bed (room 7) with two top deck mattresses that produced a gap in the middle. Terrible. There is much rumour from the street on a Friday night. The hotel itself is noisy as well.

Very nice staff. Great location. Hotel and rooms are very nicely decorated. Spacious rooms. Free bottled water. Public parking facilities in the vincinity.

The room was quite dated. For a 100 euro per night room in Maastricht, I expected more. It was a really old bathroom, super soft bed, and could really use an upgrade. For 50-70 euros a night it would have been fine, but for this amount I was unhappy.

The downstairs looked really nice and upgraded beautifully. Our room was totally huge.

Two ladies, we stayed in a room where the only mirror was designed for tall men to shave in the bathroom.. But that made us laugh. Otherwise, all was perfect.

Very friendly owner who welcomed us at the arrival, advised what to see in Maastricht, and the next day served the breakfast. Beautifully decorated interiors! Creative mix of the old, the new, the re-deployed.. Decorative, tasty and copious breakfast.

Overall, I think it's expensive, but then again, that seems true of the city in general. So, although a little on the expensive side, I think it is certainly a fair value.

The staff were not only very professional, they were also extremely helpful and friendly. I was offered excellent recommendations on places to go for dining and sight-seeing. The hotel is very nice, and my room was quite large. I liked being able to open the windows to a street view. The breakfast was delicious, and was more than enough to eat.

Great location between two of the main squares in Maastricht, so ideal for shopping and bars and restaurants . Lovely staff and nice, relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was a nice change from the usual buffet style with every guest presented with a plate of fresh fruit, yogurt and muesli, fresh rolls and croissants and a selection of cheeses. And they have the best coffee that you can help yourself to all day.

Hotel Les Charmes was the sweetest hotel I could've asked for after a long night of travel. I arrived before check in but the wonderful staff hurried and cleaned a room quickly so I could get some rest. It was quiet, immaculate and a very comfortable bed. It's all essentially one room so make sure you like your companion if staying here. Location fantastic, steps away from cafes and the heart of city center. My highest recommendation!!

Sitting/living area closed off by key starting at 8pm. No place for reading or having a coffee beyond these hours. Expensive for what is on offer, especially the breakfast. Shabby-Chic with an emphasis on shabby and the faux-Banksy paintings throughout the establishment border on kitsch.

Location and neighborhood is historic and convenient. The sitting/living area is nicely done, although rather small and we were unable to take evening tea because these rooms are closed at 8pm. The "white" bedroom is rather large, although not very clean. The large bed is composed of two mattresses, but the duvet and pillows are comfortable.

We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, because it was expensive at 13.50 euros per day. The bedroom lighting was too dim.

The room and bed were comfortable and the hotel was on a quiet street only a few hundred metres from the Vrijthof. The lounge was great with comfy sofas, unlimited tea, coffee and bottled water and a table tennis table. Staff were friendly and helpful. Old elegant building with nice historical details like the original flooring but also contemporary touches.

I would have preferred an enclosed closet for storing clothes, jackets, shoes, empty suitcase etc. This would have made the room neater to be in, rather than a clothing rack mounted on the wall.

The aptmoshere of the hotel, from the room to the lounge area is splendid. The hotel is located on a quiet one way street and is only a 2 minute walk to the Vrijhof in a safe nieghborhood. There are stairs.

Staff was welcoming, helpful & gracious. The room made me happy. I would almost return to Maastrecht just to stay at this hotel.
