You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe market square was quite noisy on the Friday night and in the early hours of Saturday morning, but that's too be expected. I had a lot of stairs to climb to my room - it was fine though.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, quite easy to walk from the station. The room was comfortable and warm.

NetherlandsBecause it's right by the square which is filled with bars, beware of noises at night. There is nothing the hotel can do, of course. It's beyond their control and they were kind enough to leave earplugs for guests. But the night can be quite loud and bars are open til 2am. It was a nuisance, I have to admit. I was planning on resting well and sleeping a lot and that wasn't quite possible, which was a shame.
Great hotel. Staff is fantastic. Location is right downtown so that is convenient. Heating is great as well. Breakfast is worth it.

SwedenTaxi can not get close to the hotel so we had to walk a bit with our luggage, it wasn't a problem for us though. Some rooms have a better view to the square, some have windows to the side.
It's right in the heart of the historical part of the city, satturday night was lively, but you will get ear plugs, though I slept without any problem without them :) Very nice staff, it's just taxi won't get right to the hotel, as it is a walking only part of the center.
