Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Super clean room. Very comfortable bed. Upgraded to balcony room so lovely evening sitting out looking over the lake. Super shower - hot and powerful. Beside Mall for shopping and restaurants

CanadaI dislike having paper cups for making my own tea and powder creamer. Something becoming much too common in the city. That's my only gripe.
Room was a nice size. Thankful the window opened for some fresh air. Free Parking is great. Bed and bedding was good. Convenience to huge shopping centre with restaurants etc. Breakfast was good with lots of choices and a nice view over the lake.

Denmarkmany details inside the room need to be updated/repaired with respect to it's price and star-level: the sliding door towards balcony in our room couldn't be fully closed, even initially we were given a room where the sliding door couldn't move at all; the light at balcony was broken and the cover was missing; toilet room smelt; there is no mini refrigerator inside the room.

United KingdomOn the first evening Saturday, there was a lot of engine noise (deliberate revving of the engine coming from the Westfield / Hotel car park. This was less of an issue during the rest of the stay.
Room was comfortable the restaurant food was very good. I was able to settle my bill when I left meaning one receipt could be used for my expences.

The room which was tastefully decorated, comfortable and stocked well with tea and coffee had a balcony view over the lake. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice (both hot and cold) and a good standard. The bar was a good place to relax and enjoy a drink after a busy day.

In the evening the light on the balcony was too bright (no on/off switch) until midnight - had to widely open the curtains in order to darken the room to get to sleep. Very noisy guests (shouting, yelling) in the hotel restaurant, that is on the left from all of the balconies :-(
Good connection to the highway & local traffic (trams 2, 6 to the city centre). Albert Heijn supermarket 100 m away, open even on Sundays (get ready to pay with cash only as they accept only NL bank cards). Free parking in front of the hotel.

PolandIn summer the balconies (in most rooms but not all) can be opened. This can be potentially disturbing when the neighbours having shouting arguments till 3am, or smoking permanently, or having loud intercourse. I had the full menu last time. This is not the hotel to blame but I was simply unlucky. It will not change my very positive opinion about this hotel.
I have stayed quite a few times in this hotel and will come back again. It's not a pretty hotel from the outside, but it has been renovated some 1,5-2 years ago (I guess) and the rooms look actually very good for the value of the hotel. Good (but rather small) bathroom, clean rooms and corridors, and - bit subjective - very good comfy beds. I really appreciate the effort the staff makes to make the stay pleasant. I did not use the restaurant this time.

Malta1) The lift needs maintenance as its door does not open/shut well: probably some greasing will help. 2) I noticed some empty glasses and bottles were left near a table next to the lift for some days. That will give guests a bad sign. 3) Trucks which bring food and beverages to the hotel park and keep their refrigeration/motors switched on for hours beneath the windows of guests. This may create a nuisance with guests. Find an alternative site for trucks unloading or loading: perhaps on Weigelia Street. Thanks for giving us a chance for feedback.
I liked the room. Spacious and well-designed. Good view. The staff were very helpful and educated. Keep it up.
