The shower was a little broken, just shooting out in a jet, and not able to be changed to a different stream, and the shower leaked on the bathroom floor.

The location of the apartment was fantastic. Very easy to walk to lots of bars, restaurants, cafes and the main train station. Also easy access to tram stops near by. The apartment was clean, and had everything we needed for a short stay. The stairs are very steep, fine if you are mobile, but difficult to pull big suitcases up.

Definitely recommendable! We stayed for a long weekend in one of the simple but nice apartments on the top floor and were pleasantly surprised. Everything we needed was there in the flat. The staff at Stayci were super friendly in answering questions (via booking messages) and finding solutions. The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot. Finding a parking space was no problem. (But the parking fees are quite high. It is therefore highly recommended that you use one of the surrounding car parks. Or, if possible, travel by train, Central Station is close by...)

If you are a person that need total silence to sleep this is not the best place for you, is an old typical building so there’s not sound isolation. A very deep cleaning of the common areas and appartments it’s needed (not just the regular one after the check out)

Great location near to supermarkets, restaurants, bars and centrum. The apartment was very well equipped to cook, the staff is very friendly and they response very quickly. The view is very pretty. The appartment in general is very confortable.

Not clean and tidy, looks like some dust remained here and there for ages. Also, a crowded pub next door doesn't help you fall asleep swiftly.

There are no instructions on how to use a coffee machine (as I don't have 1 at home). Mattress topper kept slipping off bed. No brush to sweep floor.

There were leaves on the floor when I came in and no matter that I turned down the heat, it was always VERY warm. We got 4 bottles of lotion but not one soap/shampoo/shower gel. Our digital key stopped working after the first night. There are no staff on premises, have to negotiate everything by email or phone.

Great location, good if you'd like to do some of your own cooking while there, fantastic shower.

A couple of things were not repaired or replaced eg pillow cases were worn out, one window did not close properly.

Quiet but central location, good facilities, enough space, well equipped kitchen, felt safe, was light and airy. Windows opened (mostly). We could contact the agency when needed.

It wasn't anybodies fault but it got a bit humid at night due to the freakish hot weather during our stay. The stairs were a bit of a climb but you do have to expect that in the Netherlands. My friend and I were OK because we're both able bodied.

The apartment was very clean and modern inside. Plenty of room. The location in Central Rotterdam was superb! Close to Old and New Binnenweg and Wittestraat areas packed with bars and restaurants. Not far from Centraal Station, the Market Hall and the Cube Houses.

Difficult to access with stroller, bad soundproofing, you can hear all street sounds at night in the living room. Soap and towel holders are needed.

The stairs are extremely steep and the accommodation is located on the third floor, which could be a problem to some people.. The stained sofa and rug need cleaning.

The host was very helpful. The accommodation was good, but sparsely furnished in the sitting room and could be made a little more comfortable. The rug and sofa were stained, and they could do with cleaning. The kitchen had everything, except a corkscrew. The bar came to our rescue. Fabulous location, right in the centre. The view from the skylight window is amazing.

No soap at all. Since we have forgotten our soap, we had to shower just with water in the first day. No paper towel. No water at the fridge. Just one washing machine soap, which was intended to use at the end before we left.

The apartment is quite old, therefore bad soundproof. The floor makes squeaky noises. Poor drainage in the bathtub. Not very clean but acceptable considering the price.

The location is great. Within 10 minutes by foot from Rotterdam Central. Also close to the subway station. There are restaurants and a supermarket near by. The view outside is nice.

Facilities were meant to include an iron, but this was not the case. Asked 2 of the hosts, no one assisted. When travelling for work having packed mostly shirts this was especially frustrating. No attention to guests. Very little storage space for personal belongings - especially in bathroom.
