Checked-in at the hotel at 14.30 hours, went to the bar/restaurant area at around 15.00 hours expecting to be able to order some food from a daymenu, but that was a no-go ☹️..no kitchenstaff or waitresses around, only a teenage girl that tried to run the bar but with little to no choice in beverages and no snacks other then some free "nuts" (that weren't nuts), she was fighting a losing battle with more customers starting to poor in. The room was okay though, but sliding two single beds together-you can't call that a doublebed...there is a difference 😉. All in all my wife and me had a good stay, mostly because of the bathtub and the friendliness of the reception staff.

The greeting at the reception by the staff there, actually the whole check-in process went smooth and friendly.

I personally found the mattress to be a little too firm. Would have preferred a single double bed instead of 2 singles put together to make a double, though that wouldn't have been much of a problem if the wheel locks held the beds in position better when putting pressure between the two beds.

Enjoyed the breakfast buffet menu and how close the hotel is to the train station. The green stay option to trade a room clean for a drink is a great idea too, as I usually don't need my room cleaned every day.

I had a broken window In my room but when ever they found out - instantly were willing to give me an another room.

The doorbell of the lobby was broken, which meant we had to call the reception to get in at night. The shower didn't have a thermostat mixing tap.

The bed was very comfortable. The location was very close to the venue we visited. We found a nice deal online for this hotel.

I was just passing through with my dog for a one-night stay but had enough time to walk around in the pretty city of Amersfoort. Vicinity to the railway station plus a quiet, pet-friendly room were priorities - the room was big, clean, comfy and quiet, amenities were great and the breakfast excellent with vegetarian options. The location near the station and a short walk from main sights was perfect.

The location is at a busy street (with closed Windows you wont notice it). It is just not very special or noticeble.

The room was not dirty, but not clean either. Notably dusty and the smell in the bathroom was kind of funky. Again not dirty or uncomfortable but also not pleasant. Furthermore, the double bed we got were just two single beds pushed together. Also, you have to take the elevator from the parking garage to go to the lobby but the elevator took forever. Overall its not a bad hotel but just too expensive for what you get.

Really nice location, close to the city centre. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The bathtub is alright and on the smaller side but really nice to have. The rooms were quiet.

No on site gym, but worse was that the gym down the street that is available you have to pay for each time you go. I wish a fitness center of some sort was included in the price. Bathroom style was outdated and drab, but it was still very comfortable

The breakfast was delicious and there was a wide variety of options. Loved that. My corner suite was ample and I loved that the tv was raised out of the way and could be moved to face the couch or the bed.

Unfortunately the breakfast room was chaotic, possibly due to staff shortage. Tables were not cleaned quick enough to accommodate new guests. Breakfast itself was very good though.

The noise. 4-5 times per hour you could hear a machine noise coming from the walls (the ventilation was turned off) and at 5 in the morning we were woken up by a group of people partying in their room.
