We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaI asked for 2 beds. Instead I was given a suite with one bed and a pull out sofa. The pull out sofa was horrible. There bedding was so thin I could feel the bar of the sofa bed hitting my ribs. I was not happy that my request was not made how I specified since I made the initial reservation.
Spacious room and the breakfast was really good with a lot of variety.

United KingdomBe aware if you use airport transfer it's 5EUR from the hotel to the airport. The stop for local number 180 bus is 25m walk and runs every 15 mins (in the day) and costs less money. I was surprised that this transfer charge was not clearer when I booked and given the price of the room... extorsion....? I would suggest anyone driving checks if there is a fee for parking. The hotel is showing it's age in some places - just be aware - I did not mind that since it was clean and tidy. The room was airport facing so consequently a bit noisier than a more recently built hotel. Instant coffee sachet, I've not had one of those in a 160EUR/night hotel for some time (and only the one). I guess the idea is to go and encourage guests to buy the coffee from the machine downstairs. If I left the bathroom door open I could hear the evidence of the room above which was unpleasant.
Whist I didn't book breakfast due to waking up late the preparations certainly looked good. The hotel is more secure than most modern ones which I liked. The check in and out process would have been easier if a) I had the app and b) I booked directly however it took no more then 2-3 minutes on each visit to reception so no complaints. Reception, dining rooms and public areas where very nice. I was on business (not the business floor mind) and the room was well served to my needs. Staff smart and well presented and patient with some customers silly chatter. The reception area was well organized and tidy. Enjoyed watching the airport activities from the window. Nice to have a room not box shaped. Décor of a fashion but good.

NetherlandsI found the constant oily baking smell from the snack bar adjacent to the lobby to be quite overwhelming and unpleasant. It detracted from the overall ambiance of the hotel. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that certain amenities were lacking in the room. Specifically, there was no hair blower or washing cloth provided in the restroom, which I believe are standard amenities that guests expect to find in a hotel room. Furthermore, the absence of room service to assist with carrying luggage was particularly inconvenient, especially for solo travelers like myself. It would have been helpful to have assistance available, particularly when navigating through the hotel with multiple bags. Moreover, I must express my frustration with the poor staff recourse at the lobby. The waiting lines were consistently long, and it was often necessary to purchase a shuttle bus voucher, which resulted in additional waiting time. Having a separate counter or dedicated staff for voucher purchases could greatly streamline this process and improve the overall guest experience. I hope you find this feedback constructive and consider addressing these issues to enhance the satisfaction of your guests in the future.
Serene atmosphere, tranquility, and the noiseless rooms. Additionally, I must commend the superb customer service provided by your staff, particularly at the lobby. There was one elderly gentleman, whose name unfortunately escapes me, but he was on duty during my check-in on March 23, 2024 around 12:30. His customer-friendly demeanor and service-minded attitude were truly exemplary. He went above and beyond to assist me, and his helpfulness made a significant difference in my stay. Please tell him this. Furthermore, I was delighted to encounter super friendly staff at the restaurant downstairs. Their warmth and hospitality added to the overall positive impression I had of your establishment. Very convenient shuttle service to and from Schiphol.
