Czech RepublicThe room with three beds is small. There is no air conditioning, which is probably only an issue for a few days a year. It's an 8-minute drive to the beach by car, or 15 minutes by bike, or 35 minutes on foot. On the map it looks close, but due to the "dune park" it's actually quite far. There were smashed mosquitoes on the walls and ceiling.
Nice campsite with holiday homes, three pools (one natural, one for kids and one normal) A restaurant and everything you could need. The kitchen is well equipped. Good-size living room. Good-size bedroom with double bed.

ChinaYou are pretty much left on your own. No real customer service. It’s not close to any attractions so best to have some sort of transport. We rented a car in Alkmaar and spent time in Alkmaar, Bergen and Castrium and Egmond. These neighboring towns are quaint for shopping, restaurants and sightseeing. Bergen has a mini golf which was great for our children. Lots of great biking around. If you rent in Alkmaar though, need to return car back to Alkmaar. EuroParcs has a link when you book. Use the link to order bread service or bbq or bikes. There isn’t a 24 hour service. Some days the restaurant and indoor play was closed so check on the app/link for information. They can improve on the pillows and providing more information on what to do in the area. The information centre closes on certain days and after 5pm, it is closed. Bring your own towels as you have to pay for linen and towels.
Great family friendly place with outside pool and walking areas. Has an on-site restaurant, a small indoor soft play area, outside play area, peaceful and quiet. Can order a day before by noon a bbq or bread service. Inside the chalet is quite clean, and has all the utensils and dishes you need in case the need to cook and dine in. If you want to venture out, you can bike around the area to the beachfront in Egmond, restaurants at the beach front with a small aquarium that only accepts cash (cash machine is slow and problematic). Supermarket in Egmond is closest. Can be reached by bike, car or walking but walk can be a bit of stretch but doable.
