To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IsraelWe had to go through 3 staff members at the front desk just to complete the check in. It was a bit annoying.
I loved that it took 5 minutes from exiting the terminal and to the front desk and that I didn't have to wonder to find a place to spend the night. Same thing in the morning when we had to get back at the terminal. Hotel is extremely clean and quiet. If I ever have an overnight in Amsterdam again, I'm deffinately coming back!

SloveniaCheck-in in the evening 9pm should be faster. Because of early flight we paid the bill for 1 night stay immediately by check-in, but they still charged us an additional deposit 50€ “for any case” - as they said?!? Wake up call did not worked. One towel in the room was not clean.

We had a long layover at Schipol so we checked in around 11 pm and left at 7am- never left the airport but did have to go back through security. We didn't have time for breakfast but it looked fairly nice. Close to train in to town if you have more time to spend i Amsterdam
