NetherlandsI came there to spend time with my kid(8years).The swimming pool outside was only for naked people.And inside was 90% reserved for other (swimming lessons) .We asked the staff and they let us swimming for 45 min .They felt sorry that we couldnt use anything specially my son. So yes again staff are amazing there.

NetherlandsThe indoor pool was closed for hotel guests because swim lessons were being given. This was very disappointing. This left us with only the choice of the outdoor no clothing pool for which my 14 year old was not allowed. The selection of basic breakfast items was lacking for example croissants and cornflakes cereal. The tables were not set for breakfast. We had to ask for plates and flatware. In addition, we had to ask for OJ. The person on duty for breakfast was clearly not doing her job.
Breakfast was included in the price. They had secure parking for our bikes in the back. They had 2 swimming pools and a sauna. The location was quiet and easy to find.

BelgiumThe indoor swimming pool's availability. The hotel offers 1-2 slots / day. Example: on a given day you can use it in the morning for 1-2 hrs and that's it. This looks to be a very strict restriction, not boosting the customer experience. The fact that the outdoor swimming pool can be used naked only might be a cultural thing.
The hotel staff was super nice and helpful. We could place our bikes into a safe and closed place too. The location for bikers is awesome. Many nice Dutch and Belgian towns and villages around.

United KingdomI couldn't use the indoor pool as it was used for children's swimming lessons up until Saturday lunch time and it was raining so didn't want to use the outdoor pool. Our room didn't have a hairdryer, I didn't ask at reception if one was available and was disappointed to find I was unable to make a drink in our room as no kettle cups or coffee/tea provided. There are no lifts and the stairs are steep if you are on the first floor.
Our evening meal was one of the best meals we have eaten we both had something different but both were exceptional.

The hotel has a big free parking lot and is located not too far from the centre of Baarle (within walking distance). The breakfast is very good and the access to the sport facility is uncomparable.

Netherlands- Some staff members were friendly and others just acted like we were invisible -When asked a question, they didn't know the answer Someone else had to answer it or didn't receive any answers -The rooms lacked better cleaning - The rooms didn't have a fridge or a kettle to make a cup of tea or coffee. - The showerhead was moldy, the water didn't go down but lingered longer than expected. -Outside on the balcony had a lot of cigarette bud & garbage from previous guests - In the night there wasn't any lighting to the entrance door. When asked if they can fix it the answer was of course but they never did. -You can only use the pool in the morning at a certain time

ArubaOnly a few of the staff were friendly. Had many questions but had looked like i was bothering them. I did not really get answers. The room had no kettle for warm water and the hotel was asking 21 euro for a can of hot water which is crazy. When reaching back late to the hotel, had to pass through the back and it was so dark. Would not recommend for anyone that has problem with their legs. Sheets on the bed where a bit rough. They have alot of improvement to do. Will not be going back

CyprusHeatting system they closed at night and they opened back at nearly 8 o'clock in the morning and from the balcony door all the wind was coming inside the room.. The toilet flush was broken.they take extra cost for my kid, but in our room, we didn't get extra bed... breakfast after 09.00 o'clock thet didn't renew the breakfast for this when is my wife came for breakfast many things was finish already and breakfast finish 10.00? If you need lock for swimming pool, take the key from receptionist before u change your clothes and cabinets can be much bigger but they enough just maybe for wallet and for your phone .

NetherlandsI didn't like how terrible the room was that I got. It was clearly made for disabled people which I am not. There was no door on the bathroom and no hooks for the towel. It was also very dated and run-down. It was also extremely noisy and I couldn't sleep well, I woke up countless times due to the noise. There was a squeaky staircase just in front of the room and I could also hear every conversation on the corridor. Besides this, the wellness was not available as stated, due to holiday and cleaning. The indoor pool was also not available. Furthermore, I also didn't like how extremely rude the staff was and how they overcharged me. When I asked about the reason for overcharging the woman treated me like a criminal and talked to me in a condescending and humiliating way. She also told me it is my problem for reserving through booking.com and they don't care about the price shown in the confirmation email, their price is higher. This place is an absolute scam. I left a day early, crying. It was horrible. I really needed a nice relaxing vacation and instead it was turned into a nightmare. Worst hotel experience of my life. I do not recommend anyone to come here.
