Our room was on the ground floor and we could hear our neighbours upstairs. A bit of soundproofing would be great.

The location is very nice, super convenient to travel by public transport as well. The vibe of the room is great, the design elements are lovely. The breakfast was yummy and they had plenty of options to choose from. We arrived in the middle of the night and we could still check in with no problem.

Breakfast was very good, but on one weekend morning quite crowded and not enough staff to replenish food / tableware. Of course, this might be just an exception, as other mornings were ok, and once weather gets warmer one can also sit outside on the terrace.

Modern hotel with really friendly staff. Glass of prosecco offered at check-in was a nice touch :) Clean & sound proof room with coffee machine & electric kettle. Hotel just steps away from metro. Some nice cafés & restaurants also at walking distance along the Amstel.

The hotel was cool. Location was great, close to metro, 5 minutes from city center. The room was okay. I loved the lobby with many options like ping pong, snooker and a great cafe. There is also a grocery shop nearby.

We attended for a celebration, prosecco was requested and was told it would be provided but wasn’t We didn’t get tea, sugar and milk refills in our room We had to continuously ask for room refills but no one was able to provide them, the cleaner told us to go and buy some instead of refilling Didn’t have any mugs for the coffee or tea

Our room was loud as it was very close to the reception. The shower didn't have a curtain and no place to put the towels in, and the toilet didn't have a lid. Door between the bathroom and the bedroom has a massive gap at the bottom, all the noise could be heard from one place to the other. Cavernous room.

The Room: Was supposed to be an “upgrade” according to reception,little did I know, was actually a big downgrade. This room faced the parking lot which I initially thought was fine, as the night progressed, endless bouts of noise from people banging their car doors to rolling trolleys and bags and people talking right outside my room. If you ever get this type of room, don’t take it- the noise goes on forever and sleep is hard to come by. The Location: As always is on the perfect metro line to reach anywhere in the city with amazing restaurants within close proximity. The Staff: All incredible except for the one who assigned me this horrible “upgraded” room, I’ll refrain from mentioning the name as I love this hotel chain and will stay here again.

I’ve stayed at The Social Hub on more than one occasion so it’s a staple on my travels. The Room: on the ground floor with a microwave,kettle and all other amenities needed for this particular stay.

Honestly i have no complaints

Had a great vibe, great staff and the room was overall great. Was a good size and comfortable for evening rests as well as recovering during the day between exploring. Really close to public transport links and lots nearby to see as well as been close to central amsterdam
