Bad layout of bathroom, several hazards, very small space. Didn't feel like a vacation as it is more a corporate facility. Not relaxing, uncomfortable bed. Paid for breakfast for 3 days and there was only fruit and yoghurt available on the Monday at 9.15am.

Friendly staff, good bed, clean rooms, simple and good food at the restaurant, easy parking provided with sufficient EV chargers. Cute shop at the reception with food, drinks and convenient products.

The bed was comfortable but I found my pillow to be small, hard and lumpy. I used the decorative pillow instead although my husband said his was ok. Our shower curtain track fell off of the ceiling part way through our stay leaving it in a precarious and unusable position and despite reporting it, it was neither fixed nor removed. We didn’t find the breakfast choices that great and it seemed that only one batch of some cooked items, ie. fried eggs and pancakes was prepared, but not replenished.

The room was very clean and spacious and had tea/coffee making facilities and nice toiletries in the bathroom. The staff were very friendly and really helpful with travel advice when we used the local bus and train. The location was very easy to find and literally just off of the motorway, making it easy to get away to our daily destinations! Plenty of free parking.

What staff? Check in like self checkout no one to talk to. To be fair, they had a big crowd there for some meeting when we were checking in.

The room was very cold when I checked in. Had to leave the heating on for a good while before it was warm enough. Took a nap right after check in and I was quite cold under the blankets…

The breakfast was great. The usual suspects were available at the buffet, such as croissants, sandwich meats and cheeses, eggs, bacon, yoghurt, fruit, etc. The hotel had a very sleek and clean vibe. Looked like it was recently renovated. Coffee and tea in the room. Room service available.

Breakfast could do with more varieties, may be due to staff shortage, refill took a long time and tables weren't cleared timely. Bathroom is a bit cramped.

Nice location, easy to reach; due to our activities during the day, only spent the night at the hotel, so can't say much about the facilities, but the venue looks modern and spacious....

The main hall and conference rooms look nice but as soon as you move to the bedrooms it is clear the building looks pretty outdated. I consider the price the charge per night is too expensive for what they offer and the location. I paid 100 EUR/night for single occupancy and I didn’t even get the breakfast included. Not worth the price.

The rooms are comfortable and they offer conference rooms and business meetings rooms which are nice.

The location is on a major highway - good for connections but a bit more noisy (although the rooms are quiet).

Comfortable hotel with excellent, service-minded staff. They helped us swiftly when we forgot an item in our room. Free parking and a nice breakfast.

There is no drawer for a hairdryer in the bathroom. There is no mirror in the bedroom. The TV was not working in the room. There were 5-6 coffee machines in the corridors, but only one worked. We arrived for breakfast on Sunday morning at seven o'clock. Almost nothing was prepared. The coffee machine didn't work, the juice machine didn't work, the eggs were cold and the cheese was dry. There was only one waitress and the other staff arrived after seven. this breakfast was a fiasco. Breakfast is very important to us, because we worked at the EXPO nearby.

WE have stayed at the hotel on a number of occasions but we cant say that it has improved tremendously. There seemed to be a shortage of staff particularly in the breakfast room. The food wqs not replaced quickly enough so the breakfast was not as good as on previous visits. I got the impression that conferences were the important thing and occasional visitors like ourselves were not quite as important

One bed lamp in the room didn't work; the ventilator in the bathroom didn't work; waiters were not very well organized, so there was some confusion among people at the breakfast as food items were not replaced fast enough.

Design and amount of work and relaxation areas, nice and tasty breakfast choices, nice restaurant menu and area, the quietness of the rooms and overall very relaxing atmosphere, pet friendliness: I had a small dog and there was no problem whatsoever with having him by my side. Special thanks for that!

I asked if I could book a table for dinner and waiter said no need. When we came back they said they were full. Air conditioning in restaurant was cold and my husbands curry was cold. Food was not great. The bathroom was too small and shower was not designed very well. Room was a little cold.

The room smelled. It was food smell maybe or something else, wasn'tpleasant. Little tight on space. No fridge. Not sure if the bed wasn't broken, maybe, wasn't confidence inspiring when sitting down on it.

Sleeping with the window open not an option because of the noisy environment. E-charging predominantly limited to Tesla. Working in the lounge is not for free even if you stay at the hotel.

Very good place to stay for professional purposes. Ample space for work. Very nice self-service shop. Good breakfast. Good location. Ample parking space.
