There was no Iron and Iron board in the rooms, which would have made it easier when coming for business and hence an essential part of neatness. Break fast, although sufficient, but could use a bit more variety of products (honey, better coffee)

Size of the rooms; friendliness of the staff towards us and our dos; cleanness and amenities where just great. The location and the parking was also superb. The late checkout option was the cherry on the cake.

A small thing but I didn’t see any do not disturb signs to hang on the door so the maid barged in.

We had a family room which was HUGE and very nice Location is a bit dull but very close to the motorway so good if you’re driving. Bus to city centre is regular and closeby- takes 10 minutes Staff excellent

this hotel positions itself as much above average.... But, where are the wine glasses, where are the coffee cups????? Why did you even install a wine refrigerator in the room?? Disposable cups for coffee/tea, 4 pieces??? Why then so many coffee capsules and tea stickers, if only 4 disposable cups??? the shower is also not the best. I did not like it here! I will not come again!

The bathroom area could be closed, so when stepping out of the shower, in front of mirror was quite cold. Although the bed itself was good, the pillows didn't meet our standards. Found it quite hard.

The room was spacious with a nice view. The bed was big, however found the pillows not so great. One was too hard for my liking. The bathroom a big space. The hotel bar was nice, with sufficient choices of beverages & snacks. Breakfast was fine. Various options to choose from. Dining area had enough tables to sit in and where the food was placed had plenty of room to go about. The room was quiet, no outside noises. Enough parking slots for the cars, including charging stations. Friendly staff.

A really comfortable very corporate hotel. Food and drink were reasonably priced. Great location for exploring Groningen as the hotel is next door to the bus interchange with frequent, cheap buses in to the centre. Very accessible.

Restaurants food and service was underwhelming. I expected more from the food bcs they were quite costly, but they were dry and sad looking. Bed is not comfortable too, we all got backpains after sleeping there

The toilet smelled strongly like urine. We couldn't find the source for it.

The hotel is outside of the city but it's easily connected and you can reach the main station by bus in 10 minutes. The room is very spacious. The hotel staff prepared a ball and bowl for our dog, who was very happy during the stay.
