Very friendly staff, a must choose place whenever I travel in the Benelux. A bit located in the middle of nowhere but very quiet and near to the boarder of Holland and Belgium. In the forest so if you like running in the morning you should not miss this place. Very good restaurant. Dishes are all delicious. Clean and comfortable. Everything is perfect.

The moquette in my room was stained all over the place, very dirty. (Room 10) My colleagues had the parquet and it was better. We could hear the rats running in the ceiling some nights, not nice.

I liked the Location and the breakfast.

Most rooms do not offer en-suite but have a sink for teeth cleaning etc.

The location is excellent, very quiet and wonderful surrounding countryside, ideal for walking or biking. The accommodation is basic but clean. The restaurant and bar are good with a really nice outside dining/bar area when the weather permits. Wi-fi was excellent and a desk provided for work.

The restaurant used for evening meals and breakfasts was on the opposite side if the road. Not a problem in good weather but if it is pouring with rain, I can see the walk would be a bit off-putting.

Located in a woodland setting. Only stayed 1 night but could see the main reason to stay here would be to enjoy a long weekend cycling/walking in the woods. Unusual abbey conversion very nicely done.

No TV in the bedroom but not a serious problem, caught up on work and reading.

The location was in the middle of a forest, stunning. Good food in the restaurant and an excellent range of beers.

Breakfast seemed a bit sparse (as a vegetarian), but I could have asked for more. TV room now closed but not too bothered. Bar closed later on.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, bike hire, not far from bus stop. WiFi good. Pleasant building & surroundings. Village just about walkable.

    Nothing really.

Hotel is in beautiful setting in countryside. Chose basic room, which was fine, lovely beds and no problem waiting for shower or toilet, which were shared. Staff were very friendly and really helpful. Great breakfast, continental style, plenty to eat and will make bacon and eggs as well if you want. We also hired bikes and the locality is really easy and great for cycling. Travelled from Antwerp by two buses, fairly straightforward. Very happy with this hotel.
