The design and layout was lovely and spacious. The suite was fantastic and comfortable The large windows the light and the view I liked the outdoor area. The easy parking was a great help

Absolutely, the only issue we had was with the ventilation system , for us it kicked in every 3-4 minutes all the through the night with a brief buzzing sound , it unfortunately did effect our sleep .

Amazing location , even the access road is Jaw dropping . The Hotel and surrounding buildings have been very well designed and look great by the water . A really special feeling around the whole place , we felt very lucky to be there. Inside is luxurious and modern , solid and soundproofed , we felt like the only guests there . The views are spectacular , and our suite was spacious and very comfortable. We tried to learn some, but we do not speak Dutch however the staff all spoke very good English and treated us with great kindness . The wellness /spa was exactly what we needed after a long drive and was a huge bonus adding to a very pleasant stay 😀

The only downside is probably how far it is from everything, but it's also the whole point. But you will have to drive if you want to get some food. Delivery is pretty bad; we tried ordering pizza, and it took them 4 hours.

Excellent getaway from the city. Located on the beautiful peninsula where you can do morning running or biking. The wellness area was great as well, especially the pool with jacuzzi and steam room. The room itself was amazing, everything is modern and convenient. The bathtub looking at the marina is perfect.

Late noisy neighbours . It concerns multiple rooms around and above use. We guessed these were the guests of the wedding.

It’s isolated, and if you don’t have a car you’re cut out of the world. Any activity costs extra. The language on the signage is also quite negatively worded resulting in not being welcoming at all. The staff did not make any effort in that direction either. TV did not have Netflix and I could not even use the atV to stream my own content.

Rooms are large and nicely decorated, the bed was super comfy and I loved the view on the marina from our room. I could see the sunset from my bed. The wellness facilities are nice but quite small considering the size of the resort

Service at the restaurant in the evening pretty slow and the restaurant quite noisy. Additional payment for storing your bicycle; symbolic given the price of the hotel room, but it is the first time ever I encountered such an approach and it is so weird when the car park is for free - it feels as if you were actively discouraged from sustainable travel.

Great location and design. Nice staff. Exellent food for dinner.

The wellness is find of poor valued compare to the this 5star rated hotel. The wellness area is very small.

- Uncomfortable pillows - TV does not face the bed, which requires you to sit in the (not so comfy) couch to watch it

There are some points for improvement: - we would also expect body lotion and bath salt in the room; - cleaning lady entered our room at 10am while we were still sleeping; - infra rood sauna did not really work; - the sun curtains go up and down automatically and it was not possible to disable that (we asked at the reception); - doors are really have and we would think if you have kids they would struggle to open them - there is a small beach but it’s full of birds shit

We loved the location! Our room was big enough and clean. The bed was comfortable. There was a nice coffee machine in the room. The shampoo and gel by Rituals were in the room. Also breakfast was amazing, we recommend to take it.

- The pool was half filled which made it unusable. Water in the pool was not circulating because of that as well. (When we share this with the facility they said they’re working on it. I wish they said that before we asked or went to the facility. - no cold shower option available after sauna or steam room. There is shower though. - both of the bath robes provided were ripped - the sink was leaking I think all these can be fixed, improved. So maybe before going the next time, better to ask if they did the maintenance

There was no body lotion in the bathroom.

This was a really stylish hotel: the suite was a good size and felt luxurious and comfortable. The bathroom was great with nice Rituals products. The spa was perfect - lovely warm pool with a beautiful view, and heavenly sauna and steam room. The restaurant was gezellig and the food really delicious. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Sometimes the service could be a bit better. Only one server taking orders - lots of serving staff to actually bring food/ drinks but sometimes you had to wait a long time for the server to come take your next order on the terrace. Breakfast was a bit disappointing as only one coffee machine so long queues . Food was slow to be refilled in the buffet and staff slow to take you order for eggs. Food was great when it did arrive. I think they are not used to buffet style serving and just need to get the serving strategy right. Staff were friendly. Breakfast available until 11 but nothing refilled after 10.30 so the late arrivals were disappointed. . We used the spa on both days. On Sat there was lots of towels and water cups but these were not replenished so on Sunday they almost ran out so perhaps a daily check/ refill required

Beautiful property in an amazing location right on the water. Great outdoor activities available for use on the lake. Beautiful marina. Great food , spa was a nice addition. Massages great! Dinner service was great Terrace service for lunch was also good

Anyone on reception after 22:00h. we had an emergency after midnight at the room and we couldnt asked for help; we suggest a concierge or someone to speak with (is common in luxury hotels). Is only a paper on receptiion with a phone number to calll only in this two situations: 1. Extremely Noise 2. Robbery Also last night was a party on the builiding until late (in one of the saloons of the hotel) we couldnt sleep without ear plugs

- We've arrived a bit late, 30 minutes before the reception closed (closes at 20:00). Reception couldn't provide extra blankets at 19:50 because the crew went home already. I had to rush to the nearest town to buy few sandwiches for the family, because the hotel has no vending machines or anything like that. I know it's our fault, but I was hoping for a vending machine at the hotel, but unfortunately, there were none available. Moreover, I think a request to an additional blanket at 19:50 is not something crazy like making wishes at 02:15AM. - I don't like this "open bathroom" trend in hotels :/ But it's my thing.

- Great, spacious room with awesome view to the harbour. - Very clean - Very modern - Neightbours, corridor and the entire milieu was very quiet and peaceful
