the process to book the spa on both days was very messy. and arranging spa visits around checkout day was also messy. the staff were very helpful but I had to pay twice, switch wristbands etc. It would be nice if you simply gave me access to the spa on both checkin and checkout days for one fee.

As a Hotel Manager in 5+ hotel myself i can say - Weird SPA policies on being naked those days , being in swimwear other days... super weird. But maybe its just me. Additional charge for slippers, like you cant borrow some basics. Breakfast buffet same repetitive food every day. But it was tasty :)

The room was kind of narrow for the price (I paid for an upgraded Superior Double Room). It's in a separate building from reception, brekfast, and spa, so you have to walk through the parking to go to the spa. There's no bar, which is really inconvenient, provided that the hotel is in a residential area and there's nothing else around.

The area was great - it's literally located in the park. The spa was also really nice. Breakfast was decent. Location is not too far, there's a bus station in a short walk distance, that takes you to the city center.

It felt more like a spa with rooms the hotel wasn’t really the focus for the staff. I also think the spa access should be included in the hotel price not extra as this is clearly not explained on the website.

The rooms were nice. Breakfast was really good. It was quite far from the centre of Amsterdam and taxis are really expensive especially if booked directly by the hotel. The spa is amazing really beautiful facilities.

It's a very nice hotel with a huge welness aria, the reason we choose the hotel. We paid €30 pp and we could spend there 12 hours! The price is more than fair. The wellness includes more than 10 different saunas, where a sauna master preforms, it's great 👍 The restaurant is right there as well, so we could spend a whole day relaxing. We also visited massage room, it was nice. Breakfast was okay.

12.50 euro charge for slippers for spa each. We had sandals but were not good enough. It was so busy we could not get a sunbed and had to lie on the grass and ended up getting bitten. There were only 7 sunshades. In the last day we managed to get a sunbed and went for lunch to find our towels on the ground when we came back.

There were not many gluten free vegetarian options on restaurant menu or the couple of restaurants that were nearby. We had to travel quite a distance for food or supermarket. Breakfast was lovely though.

Lovely hotel, nice staff, amazing facilities- absolutely loved the Spa ! It was just a shame that there was no standard amenities in the room like hairdryer, shower cap or a fridge which I always use at hotels! But apart from that I cannot fault!

The young girls in the restaurant (lounge area) was a bit arrogant, took us 40 minutes to order a bring me back to bali. They passed us 5 times and took orders from guests arriving after us, in the end my husband had to go and ask if we could order. Arrived before 21.00 but due to their slow service we were told it is to late to order humus or anything because the kitchen was closed. The waitress in the restaurant we’re during our lunch were lovely. I miss a restaurant outside the spa and maybe a bar in the lobby for relaxing would get the vibe up.

Love the spa, but a bit to crowded in the evening, no special priority for the hotel guests! The food was excellent.

The spa isn’t included in hotel price which feels less ‘smooth’ and it starts to get very expensive.

The gym, breakfast and spa were amazing and perfect for a relaxing weekend. I also liked the fact it was slightly out of town and therefore quieter and the surroundings were ideal for walks or runs.

The amount of rules in the spa. We were told off about 5 times within 1 hour for doing almost nothing. It was far too strict and took away from our enjoyment. The staff need to lighten up.

The bed was two single mattresses pushed together. They part during sleep. It should one double bed mattress.

The bed was quite uncomfortable (two single beds forming a double, but moving on the floor). The desk in the room is tiny, hardly enough to fit a laptop,even though the room is quite large. Wifi was OK, but slow.

The spa is very nice, including the restaurant and bar. The room was clean and quite large, had a coffee maker and a kettle. Very quiet at night.
