Tv channels didn’t work. Had to have Netflix account. Didn’t find the gym or roof terrace unless it was the bit outside on the second floor which isn’t a roof terrace. Would be nice to see staff members more. Arrived late at night and had to call a number to be let in. What if my phone had no battery?

One member of staff was very helpful. Nice big room. Excellent breakfast. Great location. Tea/coffee and sometimes pastries available in reception. Just the job for what I needed.

We waited for an hour to move in! After showering the floor of the bathroom is completely flooded with water. The breakfast is quite modest. The glasses were badly washed.

The shower would take about 5 minutes open to get warm, the bathroom would get all wet.

It isn't that II did like things, we were just unlucky as breakfast area was closed for some maintenance and we had to walk to the other hotel in town to eat breakfast(no big deal, but it would be nice with a short message about it in advance). There was no water kettle in the room, but there was an option of going downstairs to the reception area to get some.

Impressively clean😊, really big room, lots of space to walk around 😊easy check in (machine), quiet place taking into consideration that it is located in the senter of the city. Short distance to restaurants and shopping area.

The main room was fairly cold and turning on the heating didn't really change much, especially with the cold coming from the window site and the table location between the heater and the windows.

Small hotel with friendly personel at the end of the pedestrian only area in Haugesund. The breakfast was good and I slept really well. The floor heater in the bathroom was great too. Really inexpensive.

The hotel located at the center of city, near by promenade zone with a lot of nice stores and coffee houses. The hotel employee helped us to check into the hotel by phone, we hadn’t problem with it. Thanks!

The room smells sour. It was not nice. It's probably because of the bad ventilation from the bathroom.

It was an easy check in. We arrived late at the hotell, no need to check in actually, we just got a code for the doors.

The assigned room was not ready upon arrival (the bed linen and towels in the room were not changed), although I arrived after 2000LT. After I complained to the reception, the room was changed, but... no, there were no towels in the new room. Even after I complained, no towels were brought. - the floor is very noisy, every step in the room floor is like a soundtrack from a horror movie.... :) - each guest's corridor walk is fully understandable in the room - the standard single room has a very small bed - the room numbers must be explained on arrival :)

The breakfast is acceptable for this type of hotel. For short stays is a fair price

We came 8 min before the check-in time and were told that we were too early. Bit funny. Part of the breakfast was cold and some of it was over when we came to eat.

The bathroom fan was quite noisy, also the acoustic isolation was not the best. I could not open my window.

Staff was nice, overall the stay was really good. There were good options for breakfast, the room was of a good size.
