All the noise from the street sometimes comes too loud, which wakes me up a couple of times.

The room was very dated , you had to turn all the electrics off by one switch meaning you couldn’t charge your phones etc without leaving the light on , never seen this in any hotel , even budget hostels , we complained but all rooms were like this . Really inconvenient being out all day , coming home late and ready to sleep but can’t charge anything unless you leave the light on !

The hotel is a bit old. The bed is a bit worned out and less comfortable. From 8th floor, we could hear the lift engine which was quite loud. I wish we had a fridge in our room.

The location and the hospitality are perfect. We also found the breakfast great.

Staff were amazing. Breakfast and dinner options were great. This hotel was more set up for business stays. It is very well set up for smarter working. Easy access to the city centre by bus. Well equipped gym and there is a sauna.

The breakfast was not so good, and the coffee was not to my liking at all - I went to a cafe next door and bought a takeaway. The tables were not cleaned regularly, and the few staff who were there were extremely busy. The room was kind of ok, however, quite a few of the floor panels were scratched and/or dented. There was no safe in the room. The bathroom was decent size but the sink was blocked and only released water very very slowly which is not a nice look when shaving or brushing teeth.

The location is very good, right in the middle of the city, the bed was comfortable and the wifi was very good. The person checking me in was fast and efficient.

Restaurant staff couldn’t speak English, rooms were very tired and decking on balcony was rotten/unsafe and difficult to access.

Breakfast, not much to choose from. Very little room for breakfast. Some smell in the heis and corridors. The pictures of the hotel in the nett is different with what you get. Checking in at 16 and out at 11. 😯. Not as other hotels.

Location is excellent-a block from the tram-bus by door step, close to a few good restaurants(make a reservation), easy walking distance to many attractions, nice area-stores like Prada and the like. (recommend one does not take a taxi from the train station, due to Oslo's one way streets a 10 minute walk cost a $35 taxi-tram a block away). The included breakfast was really good-large variety and continually made fresh-good coffee around the corner nook. Staff was pleasant, friendly and cheerful and willing to be helpful, though didn't always have info about local items of inquiry. Our room was comfortable with two chairs in a little seating area-nice, adequate space to keep luggage out of the way. Elevators faster than typical hotel. Lacks a bonafide restaurant, but no problem though.

There was no phone in the room, we had to get dressed to go downstairs to the reception to ask for something, unless we wanted to use our own mobile phone Only Norwegian TV channels were available, no international or sport ones : we would have appreciate the possibility to watch some live tennis Being Easter week, breakfast started at 8 AM, causing a "peak-hour" situation with people waiting a while to find a table while staff struggled to clear them up It was not a big issue to be honest, but we were surprised to notice the lack of salmon at breakfast There is a seating area next to reception, but I feel the hotel shall make an effort to make it more welcoming for people to meet or chill-out (a light bar or a silent TV with some sport on would have been nice)

The hotel is located about 10 min walking from the train station and another 10 minutes by foot to Oslo harbour The room was clean, spacious and with a nice view over the street. We got a free upgrade to a Deluxe Room The breakfast had a good selection of both savory and sweets The staff was friendly and attentive and willing to help The price we paid for our stay was very attractive in regards to Norwegian costs

Cleaning can be better , hair dryer look like it wasn't touch for centuries ,full of dust and some hairs. ..The service for cleaning is available only if you ask and that is awesome if you want to rest more . Room picture in the website doesn't match with the reality ,as everything is much used and older than it's shows ,but still acceptable if you don't care to much.

Location is amazing ,as is near to all shops and attractions in the center of Oslo . Breakfast 🥞 was very good with many different options .Better than many places . Receptionists very nice and helpful .

Room was as described, partly a little bit "used". Not perfectly clean but ok. Payment for early check-in is exaggerated.

Perfect location. A lot of bars and shops and city center in walking distance. All public transport stations around the corner (bus, tram, metro) Nice hotel, great breakfast menu.
