Nice location, quiet and beautiful. Cabin has utensils and all facilities to make coffee, lunch and dinner. Couple hosting this property is courteous and generous. They offered free bed sheets, and duvet covers. The cabin is close to kayaking spot. As a solo traveller, I was left with ample money to reserve one excursion activity everyday. It offered a nice cabin for half price compared to most of the hotels or cabins.

. We stayed for 2 days, and the view from the cottage was breathtaking. The rooms were spacious enough for two people and well-heated, which was great since the nights were getting colder during our stay. There was hot water available all day for showers. The location was also excellent, close to the main sights in Geiranger.

A stunning location, with clean and comfortable cabins. Excellent value in the area. Had everything I wanted for my stay- including a very well equipped kitchen area. A great base for hiking. Very friendly owner. I arrived by public transport- the walk was about 40 minutes from the bus stop along a little used road- I managed this fine with a suitcase. Highly recommended.

It was a little bit of a hike to get into town, but once we were aware of that, we made the hike easily.

We were greeted by Christine, who was helpful to get us acquainted with the area. It was easy to see that she takes pride in the campgrounds. The showers were clean and lots of hot water. The bathroom with toilet toilets and the sink was always clean. I was worried that we would be chilly in the night time, but the heaters in the cabins was exactly what we needed. Great little campground!

The best camping in the whole geiranger, very friendly owners of the place , cabins are clean with everything you need. You can also rent a boat with a small engine to explore the fjord! Very much recommend!

Location a bit remote from Geiranger which we enjoyed for the quietness. Everything was available - well equipped cabin for kitchenware and utensils, unlimited showers, complimentary use of washing machine and dryer. Kristin, our host, welcomed us very nicely and provided us with a map of the hikes in the area (map that seems to be usually sold for a 40kr fee) and more importantly very good advice. We had planned to do the hike to Skageflá starting with the boat from Geiranger, but she advised us that we could arrange the boat trip with her (but not for 4, her boat being too small) or from the camping next door, for a much lesser price (almost half) than the bigger "official" boats in the city. This is what we did, and it was great. There was no need to take the car. The hike was shortened without the lengthy walk along the road...

Very nice little house with a fantastic view of the fjord. You have your own balcony with furniture there. The house was also very clean. Highly recommended.

Location on the fjord. Great place to jump in and cool off. Dock is a lovely place to take photos . Close but not in the city so it felt more peaceful to us. We took the boat ride to the historic farm and hiked back- highly recommend . Host is friendly and helpful.

Nothing. For the cost, this property exceeded our expectations.

The property is very clean, extremely well maintained and organised. The owners were very accommodating, available, approachable and always chatty, checking in on our stay and open to conversation. It is a 2km easy walk to the main part of Geiranger and with free parking available we didn’t move the car at all during our stay. Great hikes at our doorstep and easy walks to activities while remaining away from crowds.
