I have stayed at Frgoner House apartments many times, the location is excellent, the facilities in the apartment are great, everything you need for a self contained stay. The area has many great bars, restaurants and takeaways if needed. Recommend Frogner House 100%.

What a pity, no breakfast in the hotel. Just breakfast-bag at the room door each morning. (But very tasty.) The communication of the hotel not very clear and easy. (Parking descriptions, telephone availability.

Good Location. The bigger rooms are great, the rooms to the backyard... not very amazing. Great are the laundry rooms with washing & drying.

The breakfast is poor. The paper towel was missing from the kitchen.

Excellent location for all Oslo sightseeing. You can walk everywhere from this location. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was small but had a heated floor, which was nice. Good for a short break!

Terrible internet connection. It was impossible to work, the Internet kept disappearing. There is no socket near the bed, which is extremely inconvenient. The room was cleaned extremely rarely; it was not clear what to do with the garbage for 4 days.

To be honest I didn't like at all the fact of doing checkin and checkout with a machine. The girls that are at the office are not as nice as the should be and the look very busy to take care of you. The warmness of people at the office when you arrive is not what happened when we got there. I could see people from outside waiting to be attended while one of the gils at the office was with the computer. You pay to be received by a person and not by a machine as a one star appartment. Later on, I asked for a chair because we were three at the apartment and we only had two and, although finally I got it, they first told me that werent sure to be able to get it.... Not professional people working there, not even nice to be in such a place in front of clients. Just young girls.

It was quite hot and there was no air conditioning. We were also in an apartment facing the road so it got pretty noisy on weekend nights. It would have been better to have an apartment facing away from the road.

The location was great. Walking distance from a lot of the things we wanted to see, also right next to a tram stop. The apartment was above a great cafe and very close to several pubs, restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. The kitchenette was well furnished with cups, glasses, plates etc.

The automated check-in process was a little daunting for a weary tourist, but that was resolved easily with the on-site staff person. The room was very comfortable and was set up with a really nice kitchenette. I didn't get to experience that because my stay was shortened due to airline delays, but I could see the value. The shower/bath was great and having a table to sit at was nice. When I travel I do a lot of walkabouts. From the Frogner I wandered down to the harbor where there were a number of bars, restaurants, and activities. There is also a cluster of bars and restaurants close by. The Royal Palace and another Oslo hot spot of dining, culture, and shipping are also within walking distance. It was a good spot from which to start my walks.

Cleaning services are extra, breakfast is not healthy and delivered to the door (sandwiches, juice, croissant and a fruit), as a person who is on a diet I expensively paid for juice and fruit only.

The coffee machine only included two capsules and the paid breakfast had instant coffee. Therefore, couldn't use the nespresso machine for the rest of my stay.
