We loved everything.

Everything was incredible! Our cabin was perfect, with everything you could need in it and so many thoughtful touches. And the amenities!!! The coziest common building with games and drinks, kayaks and paddleboards you can borrow, another building with ping pong, badminton, and a trampoline for the kids—and laundry! AND—one of our favorite parts—a sauna you can reserve, with your own spot to dip in the sea! All included! (Also boats to borrow—we didn’t do that, but would have with more time). Also—the bed was soooo comfy! We only wish we had booked longer than 4 days—we could have spent our entire Lofoten vacation there! So close to so many wonderful sights, and with the nicest staff—this is a truly special place, and we’d come back in a heartbeat!

You have to realize that the cabins are traditional fisherman ones. The beds are quite small, and in the two person beds, one person has to climb over the other person to get out of bed. A single person bed hangs above the two person one, and I am not sure how to get into that one without disturbing the people sleeping below. Fortunately, we did not need the single beds.

The location, at a small fjord and next to high mountains, is beautiful, while only a 15 minutes drive away from Svolvaer where all the supermarkets and the airport are. Tourist sights like Henningsvaer and Kabelvag are also really close by. Kalle has its own private little beach for guests, and a large number of facilities that the guests are welcome to use for free (Kayaks, SUP boards, BBQ, laundry room, terrace, indoor badminton court, tabletennis table, trampoline for children, motorboat, and I am probably even forgetting some). The cabins are clean and are well-equipped as well. Every cabin also has its own parking lot. The staff is really kind, helpful and flexible.

The location is beautiful . And it is lovely to have facilities on site like the communal area , kayaks , table tennis , paddle board . Nice to have BBQ ,s available and a really nice touch to have fresh herbs available for picking to add to your meals .

We received a very warm welcome in Kalle and loved all the facilities provided. We had a comfortable cabin with a wood-burner and also made full use of the cosy common room area. It felt like we'd been welcomed into a family home and we enjoyed using the sports hall for badminton and table tennis, the bikes, the kayaks, the sauna and even helping ourselves to freshly grown salad. Kalle was also a great base for exploring the central part of the Lofoten islands, which are absolutely stunning.

Nothing which I can think of it.

I think this place stands out because of their amenities and staff friendliness. Also, I think this is one the best scenic place we stayed. Amenities are great like kayaking, boat, badminton many more. Free tea coffee all the time. IN life first time we did kayaking and staff was so encouraging that we were not scared at all and enjoyed till we are tired. Highly recommended and will stay again if comes to this part of the world.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom cabin which was a stone's throw away from the main facilities building, so it was very secluded yet convenient. The house was spacious and warm, and we enjoyed using the badminton court and lounge in the main building. This is one of the best accommodations we have experienced.

The cabins is really small.

Kalle i Lofoten is a beautiful location on the fjord. The rorbuer are some meters away from water with a beautiful view. The cabins look very original, everything is wooden and they are very clean. Kitchen is well equipped. But the best are all the facilities that are included in price (sauna, bathing spot, row boat, kayak, bicycles, everything to fish, badminton and table tennis, small gym, tea room and common room,...). Our stay was really pleasant.

Our staying in Kalle i Lofoten was simply wonderful. The place is great for an active stay. We were lucky to have a beautiful weather, so we took advantage of kayaks, sups, enjoyed beautiful walks in the neighbourhood and relaxed in sauna. Mr. Piotr from the staff was just great -helpful and supportive in all the aspects. Our teenagers became a fan of him from the very first moment. Piotr supported them in fishing and gave plenty of priceless tips. We felt like at home and hope to come back one day.
