Staying in the oldest rorbuer was a great experience during our vacation. Although the structure is dated, nothing was missing (maybe the hair dryer?). The kitchen was well equipped, the living room very cosy, with a view to the little harbour. We did not meet the owners, but we received detailed instructions on how to access the property and everything related to the property. Staying in a Rorbuer like the one of Klingenberg is definitively something I would recommend.

!SO CUTE! This may be the most delightful place I've ever stopped the night. The authentic fisherman's cabin was really cosy with bags of character. Sorvagen doesn't look like much as you drive from Reine to A, but turn off onto the tiny road through the village and it's a cool little harbour. This place gives you the best view. Mini market in reasonable walking distance and a fancy-schmancy restaurant too.

We really liked the 1850s cottage! Comfortable, cozy and has everything you could need. We arrived when it was very hot, so we were pleasantly surprised that it wasn't hot inside, even though there is no ventilation. The only regret is that we had planned to stay only one night. We would have loved to stay longer. Our recommendations!

Advertised as old fashioned, it had all the needed amenities (even if basic) and a new bathroom. Rooms were clean, spacious, beds comfortable. There were a lot of places to park and a restaurant and a grocery store in walking distance. In general very happy with our choice!

Quite far away from the main towns however this was not a bad thing for us.

Upgraded to a Rorbuer on the water as the property we booked had water pipe issues. Host was lovely and accommodating. Came straight away to fix the wifi when it dropped off. Very responsive. Clean house, cookery and amenities.

Truly loved my stay here, I was in ‘Odden’ and was so lucky to get in here! Spacious, much comfier bed than I was expecting, a picnic table on the deck to enjoy coffee in the morning with an incredible view, super quiet, you could smell the wood inside and the rustic vibe was amazing. Would recommend it 1000% - hosts were very helpful with specific info for accessing it. Blackout curtain in the bedroom was very much appreciated too!

we didn't actually stay in the property as we originally booked due to a water pipe issue. the host emailed me the day before and relocate us at a better location-right in the town of A, everywhere is walkable and we didn't drive our car for two days without worrying about parking at all. the arrangement turned out to be even better than "our originally booking" can't be happier.

The pillows were too soft for our taste. I would suggest providing a second set of more consistent pillows, since the preference of guests can vary a lot and sleep quality has a big impact on the quality of your stay

The style of the cabin. The living room with sofa, table and kitchen is very comfortable. We spent some time in the cabin, considering the few hours of light we had. It tourned out to be a perfect place to rest, relax and have some fun. The position was convenient to start our trip in Lofoten after arriving by ferry to Moskenes. There is parking space. Also the table outside is nice, even though we couldn't use it due to the weather

Basic and rustic robruer with a very nice and cozy living room+kitchen. Well equipped kitchen. Everything basic but clean. Unfortnately we couldn’t take advantage of the outside table due to the weather :( but we enjoyed our stay here!

Idyllic old fishing village house from 1850 with modern cons. We loved the old cottage atmosphere. The kitchen was brand new, the toilet and shower were old but totally fine. The bunk beds were very comfortable and the bedding was good. It's a shame we could only stay for one night. I would have happily stayed in the house for a week!
