Through no fault of the staff at the hotel, there was no hot water for the majority of our two night stay. We had it finally recover the morning we left and washing the kids in cold water felt like child cruelty. The guy on the desk was a bit off when we asked to replace our towels after the first night. He did so and said next time he needs to charge us; as if he was doing us a favour while at the same time there had been no hot water for approaching 48 hours.

Location is great. Rooms are basic but all you need if you want to save money towards other things. Staff were helpful and breakfast was included.

The rooms were a little dusty, but other than that it was great.

The hostel had exactly what one needs, the rooms were fine, and the bed sheets were clean. breakfast was great and the location is perfect.

The room is small. It takes a long time to the city centre. I can hear guests in other room snoring or laughing.

If you’re a solo traveller it’s quite crowded, lots of groups, couples and families, but despite that I still made some great friends and the communal kitchen was a great place to meet people. No events to help you meet people - it’s all on you.

It was a great location, out of the main centre but with super easy transport links. The staff were so friendly, making jokes and smiling away. The faculties were really good, and the breakfast was everything you would need (fresh fruit, meats and cheeses, bread and jam).

Absolutely no complaints.

I absolutely loved staying here, from the incredibly detailed advice from staff, versatile kitchen facilities to modern bedrooms - absolutely everything is great value for money. From the lounge, kitchen to breakfast area - there was plenty of opportunities to make friends with other travellers and exciting people. It was my first ever solo holiday and I had an incredible time because of the support, advice and guidance provided by the staff. They were so compassionate, reassuring and kind so if I am ever fortunate to come back to Norway then I will most definitely be staying here and bringing all my family and friends to bask in the positive experience.

There is one employee that was kind of rude. Another employee went above and beyond I don’t know his name. The female at the reception whoever was kind of rude and deactivating my card (many times ) for not reason) The room was really really hot , like a Sauna . I believe for this property to get a least a 9 or 10 they should allow guests to control the room temperature. Other than that everything else was okay . Avoid if you want so suffer from suffocation.

This property is very clean. The facilities are good , the breakfast is amazing. I would highly recommended it. I’m giving this property a 7.5 . Overall good stay and nice property.

It is not a complaint but can be categorized as a suggestion, the toilet paper was not good quality, and accessories in shower areas were missing. But then its a hostel with a budget price so I chose to ignore this.

Breakfast was way better than I expected, I can say similar to expensive hotels. I did not have time to explore much as busy with work and also snow was still in the streets and on the roads, so it was wet everywhere due to snow and rain. Cleanliness, common areas like kitchen and TV lounge. Breakfast was good, not so much variety but good enough for me. The staff was friendly. Free parking which is hard to find in Oslo though access or entrance for the property is not good as there were cars parked on one side of the road so there was space only for one car to go on the road.

The sheets did not seem so clean, especially the pillow cases. The toilet paper truly felt like sand paper
