The rooms are very basic. The desk is way too small to try and work on it with a regular Laptop. There are no hairdryers in the rooms and the provided shampoo/body wash was very cheap.

Breakfast and Restaurant were very good. Staff was super helpful and always very nice.

At moment of arrival reception desk was completely occupied by private mobile Phone call and had no intention to provide any service whatsoever. This same girl did this 3 times in a row. Since reception desk is first "face" of hotel, total stay was poor

    Bed good

The menu is what I would describe as a "two dayer". Lovely food, but menu is a bit tight. If you have a car, this isn't a problem. If you don't have a car, you probably won't stay here anyway. Ski, just a few miles away, has Egon and Pepe's Pizza so you won't starve.

Like somebody already mentioned, it's like a city centre hotel in an out-of-the-way place. Staff vary from great to fantastic, the barman was an endless source of anecdotes! I stay here quite often and there is a good reason for that!

All the water after showering was staying on the bathroom floor. It was disturbing our stay a lot. We had to use towels to dry the floor. Also window lock was broken, we had to use some tricks to keep the window open. And they did not repair the lamp above the bed even if they promised to do so.

Walking trail to the sea was nice.

Rooms uncomfortable, stuffy, warm and worned out but the biggest dissappoinment came from the meals at the hotel. I heard many others complaining from the food. One said the cook has lost his inspiration. The eggs were like rubber. The bacon was raw and this was just from the breakfast. The dinner buffet was worst but I only ate once there and we ate out the rest of our stay.

The staff were really nice and helpful. All of them, the waiters, cleaners and receptionist.

Quite a modern hotel set in a dark wooded gorge thing. Not the prettiest setting from the outside but that's no problem as it's not the kind of hotel where you sit around outside. Very good inside, full of corporate type guests, and Oslo is easily accessible just down the road.

Room was not spacy enough for an extra bed.

Located in green area not far from Oslo. Good breakfast. Tea, coffee available next to reception.

For quite a while there was no coffee at breakfast, and there was no indication if it would be available or not.

Nice hotel to stay, breakfast buffet is great. We had dinner at restaurant and it was tasted.
