PolandSauna door smashed my finger. Rather expensive food. A very small room with no view (it was basic, but in a spa resort, so it could at least have decent lighting). Sauna with the view is not warm enough.

PortugalPaying for charging vehicles 250 for 6 hours max, paying parking 175 a day . Not enough charging outlets in the room , old tvs , not able to climatise room and bathroom. Not enough locks in the spa.

NorwayOld building, the econmomy rooms are without any view at all. You have to walk outside to come to the rooms, often placed in various buildings outside of the hotel building. Long disctance to walk back and forth to the rooms and reception.

United KingdomPlug in bath did not seal correctly so water drained out all the time. The suite room I was in had kitchen facilities etc, but no complimentary tea, coffee, water etc which i found unusual for a hotel.
Food very good, Spa very nice. Room very clean and staff friendly and helpful. Enjoyable stay and made my work trip very relaxing. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice.

Norwaythe standard double bedrooms are average, and dont fit the profile of the resort the facilities in the rooms are not maintained and upgraded - out dated lots of group bookings for events and parties, so we didnt have a good sleep with alot of noise and partying around us

United Arab EmiratesWhen you are overlooking the spa/pool from your room, then it can get a bit noisy with guests (and their drinks..) in the jacuzzi. It's a nuisance but it did not spoil our experience,
I didn't expect much of a view for the price of the room we paid compared to the rest of the options. But it was stunning! Our room had a large balcony and we had superb view of the sunset. The food was great! Both breakfast and dinner were really good because of the balcony door there was plenty of fresh air and the room was not too hot.

NorwayThe room was poorly cleaned, to get to the spa you have to walk outside with bathrobes, the spa is very small and dirty, there were glasses floating in the pool, the staff doesn’t clean anything, there was water all over the tiles, making it very slippery. The bar doesn’t have the drinks listed on the menu. They advertised a pool party from 3:00 PM, but they only played music right before closing the spa. You have to pay extra for bathrobes and slippers, even though this was not mentioned anywhere.
The restaurant has very delicious food and excellent service, but the price is a bit high—795 NOK per person plus drinks. The view is very beautiful.

NorwayAs a celiac I felt unsafe in both the buffet and breakfast. There was bad marking and also wrong markings about gluten. Also in the “gluten free” corner there was a toaster. In my mind that was a dedicated gluten free toaster (in that case, it should be makes as such). I saw an employee use it to toast her own bread, which was not gluten free. Luckily I saw this and therefore did not use it. Also there were only big batches of butter and mayonnaise in big bowls, that makes it cross contaminated with lots of bread crumbs. In the buffet, soy sauce was not marked as gluten, neither was the soy glacéd salmon. I expected more of this establishment. The lack of knowledge on how to handle gluten free food and how to mark it shocked me. Kragerø Resport is lagging far behind compared to many other hotel chains. Because of the stress this caused, it heavily influenced my experience at this resort.
Nice views and facilities. Spa was ok. We enjoyed our time there, but not the biggest or most impressive spa we’ve been to.
