Please upgrade bath experience with both body wash and bath salts. For that elegant of a hotel, this was a Miss. I had to unscrew the body wash from the shower so that I had soap to bathe. Bath salts would have been a nice added touch for the quality of the hotel. I the larger scheme a minor issue.

Location was excellent. The restaurant was the BEST, GM was Monica...so good we ate there two nights in a row. Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast, outstanding!

The room didn't have a view, but to be quite honest, that really wasn't an issue at all. It was a perfectly lovely stay and I would 10000000% stay there again.

This was a lovely place to stay. The breakfast was great and the staff were helpful and friendly. A bonus was that they assisted me with keeping my bags during the day and had a coat-check like procedure which meant I felt incredibly comfortable leaving my bags there.

The shower is a bit archaic,which is nostalgic but not very comfortable. The upholestery on the chair needs replacing.

Location is perfect, breakfast is very good, the room is not very big but acceptable.

It is definitely not in a quiet spot on Saturday nights. The following night, you could hear a pin drop in the streets of Bergen as everything is closed down, but lots of open air restaurants with loud music just next door that play until way past midnight.

It's a great location. Definitely walkable from the bus/train station, but not with a lot of luggage. My room was lovely, but on arrival, there was a welcome basket and a card with another guest's name on it. Oops!!! They moved my room immediately.

Parking was a problem. Don't park your car opposite the hotel, cost too much. Instead parking in a town garage was the cheapest. I would recommend providing information about the parking on their website to alert people of these options.

Breakfast was THE BEST!! The quality, taste and staff was great! Will remember this for a long time. I even posted pictures of this in my FB page to show the variety of food being offered. The raw bee honey was so good to taste and looked amazing.

We ate one night at the restaurant and it was extremely overpriced and very small portions. We were even charged for our second basket of bread that didn’t arrive until we were finished.

I loved the way it was so beautifully renovated. Wonderful place to stay.
