Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Hong KongThe AC wasn’t strong at all in my room but somehow it didn’t feel stuffy! The WiFi in the room was terrible though! There is a gym but equipments are quite old. Also AC was never on and it was tooooooo hot to workout in there. I was told it opens at 8-10pm? But they did say they can open it any time for guests, Guests just have to let them know which I found that was nice!
My room was spacious! There were toiletries (shampoo, slippers, flip flops (so you could use them for the pool on the 8th floor)

United StatesI'm a repeat customer at this hotel. But during my most recent stay, I had booked the room for total of 4 nights, but they only ended up booking it for 3 nights. And we got a phone call 1 hour before our check out time about "clearing the room" (their word, paraphrased), at this time we are still under the impression that we have 1 more night here. The tone of the person calling me on the phone sounded a little rude which took me aback because the staff had been courteous to me until then.
The serving staff is very good at what they do, and courteous. Breakfast is pretty decent. Location is excellent.

This hotel was wonderful, very comfortable and very clean. The rooftop bar with the pool was very nice to lounge in for drinks and chilling. The staff were fantastic, they couldn’t do enough. You even get an extra room service call early evening to see if you need extra towels, toiletries or water which is above and beyond. They helped me book a taxi to and from Nargakot. The location was close enough to the bustle of Thamel but in a quiet location which made it feel like an oasis of calm. Breakfast had a good selection particularly the omelette station and the juice shots and yoghurt. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe and comfortable.

Awesome extensive breakfast buffet or packed "to go" breakfast boxes, airport shuttle, large clean rooms, luggage storage, hot strong showers, good soap, lots of toliet paper, helpful desk staff, great spa and massage services, nice rooftop deck and bar, beautiful endless pool on roftop, close to shopping and central Kathmandu, overall a wonderful place to stay

It was beyond my expectation. The staff was awesome,room was very comfortable, in room dining service was fantastic and food was very tasty.What impressed me the most was some fresh fruits and sweet treats nicely plated and kept for me, that was a nice suprise tho i could not eat the fruits but it was a sweet gesture. Hats off to the staff.

We stayed at the hotel Mulberry for 8 days-long enough to rate it appropriately. And I can use only superlatives to evaluate top-notch service the hotel staff provided. The location is central, yet far from hustle and bustle of this vibrant and chaotic city. The freshness of products at breakfast was amazing and besides, the Kimbo restaurant enabled us to have dinner at the property and thus avoid eating out, which might be an issue of concern in a city like Kathmandu. The hotel definitely deserves to be ranked as a five-star one.
