One small downside was that the walls seemed quite thin—we could hear people talking outside in the hallway, which affected the overall peace a little. Also, the chicken choila we ordered from the rooftop restaurant was far too salty, which was disappointing given how great everything else was. Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place with great service.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was warm and professional. The complimentary airport pickup was very helpful, and check-in was quick and smooth. I was pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade, which made the experience even better. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed. The highlight for me was the big, spacious bathroom with a fantastic bathtub—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable throughout my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially the restaurant team (Sonia and Pawan) who were always welcoming and attentive.

The hotel exceeded .y expectations. Excellent value for money. Staff were extremely attentive. Room was superb - including the huge bath and rainfall shower and separate toilet. The breakfast buffet and dinner menu were fabulous too.

Nothing much to complain. Rooftop staff, especially the manager needs to be a bit more polite. Staffs at reception were excellent and professional but I see some communication issue with roof top staffs. Even though it would close at midnight, and we were there 20-30 mins early on, it was a sort of drama about whether we can order drinks or not. I hope this would be sorted out in future.

It was the perfect hotel for our stay in chitwan. Staffs were friendly, room was clean and everything was just wow. I’ll definitely stay in this hotel when I am in chitwan.

The internet needs improvement in speed and reliability. I was working remotely and realized it's not the best place to work from. Soundproofing is poor perhaps die to thin walls (or had exceptionally noisy neighbors). Thankfully however the staff tried to address this and moved me to another room. There were stains on carpet, armchair and bathroom blinds. Would be great if some deep cleaning is done occasionally. Not all light switches work and a few were broken. They need to be fixed. Lack of a fridge surprised me although the room design had allocated space for it. Breakfast is generally good but would benefit from improvement with a wider range. Brewed coffee should be added to the breakfast for a better experience.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover this new addition of luxury hotel in the town. Aside from the usual suspects - the tourists, this place is also ideal for Nepali expats who are accustomed to western lifestyle. I liked the interior decor - the choice of colors is great and is tastefully furnished. Located in a quiet neighborhood yet close to the city center (within walking distance to supermarkets), the hotel offers swimming pool, gym and spa as well. The food at the restaurant on the ground floor has an excellent Nepali Thali. A wedding event was underway when I checked in, so I understand this hotel may be a popular spot for events. My room was facing a park (perhaps this was of Nepal army, not open to public), and the ambience was quiet with a nice, partial view of the city below Bharatpur heights. The service is good. All the staff encountered during my stay, from reception to restaurant to housekeeping, had a service mindset and were willing to help and make your stay comfortable. I booked through booking.com on a discounted rate. I am satisfied with my stay as it was a good value for money.

A waiter put a plastic water bottle on the table for dinner and poured it in our glasses before we could react. Plastic water bottles are a pest in nepal, the pollute the landscape everywhere. Other hotels offer filtered water in reusable glass bottles, I very much prefer this way. And of course I had to pay for that unwanted water bottle. This behaviour should change.

Breakfast was very good. Value for money was extremly excellent.

The room overall is considered clean, but there was dust on the bedside table. They didn't provide face towels, even after requesting them multiple times. It's a 30-minute driving distance from the National Park.

The staff is very friendly, and the lobby offers a great view, overlooking the cityscape. The evening sunset view is particularly beautiful. While the room may not have a view of the sunset, it faces a large forested area, which is also a fantastic sight. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious.

Nothing comes to mind ..other than be careful with the bottle of water that's routinely poured out as you start a meal in the restaurant , this is charged , not free ,and at about 4 times the usual price .

It was a beautiful hotel and my room was superb , attractive , extremely comfortable with great facilities and everything of top notch quality . Lovely big windows gave views around and a roof top swimming pool ,restaurant , and attentive staff completed the ambience.
