• This was the jewel in the crown of our visit to New Zealand. A perfect ending to a wonderful trip. • Perfect location, just a few minutes walk to the waterfront, shops & restaurants and the ferry to Russell. Waitanigi Treaty grounds is also walk-able and a must see. • Lovely chalet - very well appointed, comfortable with seemingly every need catered to. Super clean with thoughtful eco-friendly toiletries. • Fabulous views from the deck over the bay - the perfect place to relax. • Well equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare food or bring in take-away from a local restaurant. • Host Helen was very welcoming and made sure we were comfortable. • Lush vegetation and peaceful surroundings. • Take the ferry to Russell and sail aboard the R. Tucker Thompson sailing ship. Sweet!

A great place, private with a view of the bay. Balcony to sit on and watch the boats come and go. This property is very well appointed and maintained and has lots of space. Good for long or short stays. Within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. A nice touch was a visit from the hosts just before we departed. Wish we had longer - next time !

The location was very central to Paihi shops, restaurants and the ferries to Russell and other tourist islands and adventures. It is worth noting for some people (not us) there is a steep hill and stairs up to the unit but that allows for the views. Very clean and tidy with all amenities you require for a very pleasant stay. Very friendly and accommodating hosts.

Leaving. It would be nice to switch the bathroom fan off when not needed , or increase the over mirror lighting. That is my only criticism.

Everything. A Gem of an accommodation. Comfortable with excellent views. Well equipped with a music entertainment system which actually works and is not only for show. Also a Marley Bluetooth Speaker. Good Wi-fi. Excellent bath/shower room. Well supplied with quality toiletries. Will remember this stay for all of the right reasons. Well located for interesting local visits, especially the Waitangi Treaty Grounds Thank you Peter and Helen.

I loved everything about it. No complaints anywhere.

There was nothing to not like about this place. It had lots of amenities, comfortable beds, six pillows, beautiful bedding, all dishes you would need the bathroom was clean and the spa tub was beautiful. Everything was perfect. Amazing views over the bay close to shops.

Only one thing could have made the stay any better... we wish that our stay was longer!!

We expected, based on previous reviews, that the apartment would be exceptionally well-appointed, with a great view from the living and bedrooms and that the owners have left no stone unturned in creating and maintaining a superior lodging experience. Our expectations were shattered.. Abri is in a class of it's own! My recommendation to anyone considering a stay in Paihia-- look no further and book here! Additionally, we had a luggage issue prior to arrival that the owner took care of for us while we were on a tour. Words simply cannot do justice to Abri... it is simply the best.

Loved everything about this apartment. Beautifully kept clean decent sized well appointed unit in a great location with great views, it was perfect for us. Stayed 7 days in the Treetops apartment. It was lovely and quiet & a very relaxing place to stay. I would highly recommend it!

We had no issues at all during our stay other than a small adjustment needed on the door lock. In every other respect we were very satisfied!

Great location - exceptional view - very well presented accommodation - good hosts - super comfortable apartment. Overall a very pleasant stay despite the changeable weather at the time. We enjoyed visiting various sites in the district and the boat cruise to 'Hole in the Rock'

Very comfortable apartment with a stunning view over the Bay of Islands. The electric blankets were greatly appreciated on the cold winter evenings.

Very clean, great views, amazing gardens. Comfortable couch and the bed was amazing. Self contained so we could prepare our own food. Bathroom was very nice, big with a really nice spa bath. Very close to the wharf and food venues so we could walk everywhere.

The location and views were amazing. The Suite was easy to access and was so comfortable, clean and well equipped. There are so many different activities to do in the area.

just a little cold at night due to high ceilings but we put on the heatpump which solved the problem

Liked how nice and private the place was , such beautiful gardens it had great views a quick stroll to restaurant's and countdown. It was a very nice set up, had everything you needed, Netflix was a bonus The bed & pillows were really comfortable the place was very clean it had the extra things you needed in the bathroom checking in and out was a breeze Nice place for a weekend away Host was really friendly
