We brought our parents (visiting from South Africa) here for a visit and they loved it! The apartment had a beautiful view and was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for our mum to cook us some delightful home meals after a 2 week road trip. Great last stop on our itinerary... Queenstown, NZ's gem. The property manager was really friendly and helpful. We arrived at sunset on a cold day and she had turned on the heating in the apartment so we had a cosy place on arrival for the kids, we really appreciated that. The kids loved the heated pool after a day of sightseeing. The washer and dryer were a luxury👌... we need to come back for a ski trip!

For our unit, the parking is very tight. While we worked out how to manoeuvre our car into and out of the allocated garage, we eventually chose to walk up the steep driveway to one of the two carparks at the entry in preference to the 3-4 point turns needed. Also, the unit is not for anyone with low mobility as the bedrooms, bathrooms and toilets are downstairs.

The unit was fantastic for us. Well equipped kitchen, heaters available in all rooms. Fantastic view!!!

We had an excellent stay at Spinnaker Bay with my family. The amazing views from our accommodation were truly breathtaking and added a magical touch to our experience. The courteous reception staff went above and beyond to ensure that we felt welcomed and attended to throughout our stay. Overall, it was a great experience that exceeded our expectations. The combination of top-notch service, stunning views, and a warm atmosphere made our time at Spinnaker Bay truly unforgettable. We are grateful for the wonderful memories created during our stay and look forward to returning in the future.

The parking garage for the unit that we rented was very challenging to enter due to a very steep grade and uneven pavement. Although I was able to manage it, it is challenging unless you have a very small vehicle.

The living and deck areas had wonderful views and the kitchen was very spacious and well-equipped for our cooking needs. The beds were comfortable and also had nice views. The washer and dryer were a plus! It was a very nice place and within walking distance to downtown and gardens area.

Great facility. Great view over the lake & mountain. Location is very convinience to both town centre & the airport. If you join a tour, most shuttles will pick you up from the bus stop accross the apartment (5 mins walk).

The mattress was a little softer than at home, but we found this all over New Zealand. It's a steep walk up to the main road/bus stop ( we did not have a car) but It was worth it for the view! Would stay here again.

Our lakeside 1 bedroom had views to die for! Great living room with large sofa right in front of the window. Kitchen was clean and updated. Loved having the washer and dryer available - it was downstairs with the bedroom and living room was upstairs. The property connected with a lakeside walking path to town. Also liked that we could get extra towels at reception.

The distance to the city center is farther than expected and I don't like the layout of the room (the bedroom is downstairs and there is no toilet in the living room).

The lake views from the lounge room are fantastic and the apartment is spacious, tastefully appointed and very comfortable. There are also partial lake views from both bedrooms. We would definitely stay there again.

It was very very steep to reach on foot. The managaress organised a convenient parking space for our car and was very helpful. The view was lovely and we enjoyed walking by the lake. The bedroom was downstairs, so we had to leave our suitcase at the top of the stairs!

The parking was rather "tight", and I wouldn't have wanted to try it with a larger vehicle than our hired mid sized car, but no problems if careful and patient.

Superb views from the picture windows - the illustrations don't do it justice, the view is better than that - and a great layout for the apartment. Every comfort in this very well equipped apartment, and we even had direct access onto the path leading down to the lakeside walk into Queenstown. Thanks to Jude (?) for great reception and introduction.

The only thing is if you are planning to walk to Queenstown, the apartments are on a very steep hill, and we had to walk on the steep drive way as there were no accessible stairs to walk on. I wouldn't recommend this apartment for anyone with mobility aids.

On arrival the apartment was fairly clean and tidy, the bed was quite comfortable, and the bathroom was a good size. It was such a beautiful and quiet place to stay at, and the size of the apartment was good. The staff, especially Jude, was super friendly and welcoming on arrival. Jude was very kind to stay back until we arrived before she went home. Also, the location of this place was great, with a short walk to Queenstown.
