A nice quiet spot right in the heart of Athol. Well decorated & clean space with everything you need for a few nights away. Zoe was incredibly friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. Added bonus having a cooked breakfast each morning- Waffles one morning, bacon and eggs the second (Both delicious) Would happily stay again when Im next in the area.

My mother and I were traveling together, and she can be quite particular about cleanliness and accommodation standards. Without a doubt, this was the best place we stayed during our entire trip to New Zealand. We would absolutely come back! The attention to detail and all the little touches that made us feel comfortable were truly outstanding.

Very close to cafe, shop...walking distance. Central for cyclists on Round the Mountain trail.. The breakfast of waffles was delicious thankyou. Hostess Zoe was very responsive in her communication.

In a great rural location , so no WiFi ...bliss . Good pub , several minutes walk. If you want to break up a long drive to Milford Sound, this is a great location.

GermanyWow! It was an incredibly lovely stay with Zoe. So hospitable and lovely hostess. The flat was very clean and we felt at home. If you're looking for a quiet location on the edge of the forest, this is perfect. Zoe tipped us off to eat at Athol Shop and it was incredibly delicious!
