Air conditioning was sketchy, apartment was very loud on the weekend nights! Lots going on in the harbor and it was loud!

Access difficult . No one to help when you arrive , office off site. When we asked for directions to drive to the apartment we were told to turn right from the office - it was the wrong way down a one way street! Not a good start. We were given the keys to the wrong apartment so couldn’t get access from the car park or get into the apartment . Had to be helped by a resident who contacted Quinovic for us. Very impersonal . Poor service after a long days travel to get there. ( office only open for key collection we were told from 3 - 5 pm !). Literature pre arrival is very aggressive and threatening about what will happen to you if you break their rules, all seems extremely inflexible. A £200 deposit is taken from you pre arrival . Car parking costs £25 per day .

Did not know I needed to take access card to dispose of rubbish and recyclables. 8AM Sunday morning, husband in shower and I decided to throw away our rubbish. Left our unit and took the stairs to 2. Oops, locked out, oh well back down and in seconds I realized I was in trouble as I could not get back in on our floor. I sat for about ten minutes but husband did not know where I had gone. I knocked periodically and after maybe 15 minutes, started pounding on the door. After several minutes, the door to Unit 5 opened and a woman (Dutch?) with a dressing gown peeked out. I raised my rubbish but not sure she understood what I was saying. After a few moments she let me in. Her husband had no clothes on but covered himself as I walked by. I clearly woke them up but I was so grateful. If I had been alone and no one that apt. I would have been in BIG trouble.

Spacious, well-stocked with coffee-maker, fridge, microwave, washer-dryer. Comfortable, bright and lovely setting!

Instructions at first were a bit confusing to figure out how to access the property especially at 7pm at night, couldn’t call or contact anyone other than read the instructions given. But after driving and walking around we figured it all out.

Close to everything we needed. A casual stay in the city at the end of a long 3 week holiday with the kids.

Nit picking, but no dish cloth or tea towel. And the price was a wee bit steep for 2 nights, but considering we booked it within 24 hours of arriving, it was alright.

Pretty much everything. Great central location, handy to the city centre. Great that there's restaurants, cafes and bars below. Staff were excellent to deal with via email and in person.

The strict rules suddenly relayed emailed to me a few days before arrival was a damper to our enjoyment. Aside from David, I disliked how these were communicated to me. I felt stressed with key pick up deadline! Thanks to David for taking my call when we arrived later than stated due to car trouble. I was on vacation with my family & there I was washing up & cleaning up because of the many fees they emailed me should there be dishes not cleaned & dried & placed back in proper order! I don’t even do that at home as I have household staff at home! We don’t thrash places we stay in… so I guessed they had a bad experience with previous occupants. There’s a smell of urine stench in the kitchen. The direct neighboring (upper floor was grouchy upon our arrival just because we were having a phone call in the balcony! We could not have our fellowship there for drinks! That was sad because we like relaxing at night with our children in open spaces. Throwing our own trash in the lower floor dampened our spirits too! All these should have been communicated before booking so we had the option to book it or not! Vacation for us means doing no household chores!

The apartment space was fabulous! we felt right back at home! Balcony & view was so beautiful! Amenities esp the coffee pods & cereals, plus the the laundry soap provided was a plus! Towels supply & soaps were very good. Thanks for the welcome champagne!

Shower heads did not slide in either shower so could not adjust the height. Advice that earplugs needed Friday and Saturday night due to noise from viaduct would be useful. Lift out of order. Very inconvenient and not told prior to arrival

The apartment gave the appearance of being a little worn--The refrigerator cabinet door did not function properly; bath fixtures were adequate; a window shade was broken/torn and clipped to repair; walls were worn. The whole apartment could use some sprucing.

Location was perfect; size, views were great, furniture were comfortable and met expectations. The apartment was bright and the balcony was very pleasant for morning coffee and afternoon drinks.

Had a few hassles with keys not working initially and only 1 x key for 3 Couples. Quickly rectified by Owner who personally delivered additional keys.

Fantastic location...extremely well presented and furnished 3 bedroom Apartment...spacious...views to die for...well equipped for entertaining! We ALL thoroughly enjoyed our time there!
