Staff are not being helpful with how to get transferred to the Hotel, It was cold and we have to try and find our own transport and especially when travel with family. My kids were sitting outside the taxis stands very cold while I am running around finding the transport that can take us to the Hotel. I was so very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service.

only inconvenience is no airport shuttle after reception time. Taxi to the motel is fixed fee$45. We called a uber much cheaper.

Was a bit of a trek to the airport, and shuttle not available early hours. Costly to catch an Uber - should have factored shuttle times into our booking. Checked in late and left early so didn’t interact with staff.

The toilet was very slippery. I slipped and fell hard. Badly bruised the next day. It would have been good if the owner informed of the direction to the hotel before the stay over a phone call. Uber dropped me at Kiwi Hotel, and I had to walk a distance to Auckland Airport Hotel. It was easily mixed up.

The room was spacious with good security on the doors. The check-in process was easy. The room and beddings were in very clean conditions. 15 minutes Uber from airport which makes it a great overnight stop over to catch a flight the following day. Price was reasonable for the condition of the room.

The bathroom sliding door was quirky and used to come off the slider.

Really impressed with the motel. Clean and tidy, beautifully presented. Kids loved the upstairs bedroom, lots of room for a family of 4.

Everything was absolutely lovely. Bed was amazingly comfy. The coffee, hit chocolate etc made our night. Nice hot showers and the laundry access was a big bonus. Thank you all so much.

Location is good considering proximity to airport, however you can find nothing around (except few small groceries and restaurants).

The purpose of our stay was to have overnight rest after long flight. So we rented a car and stayed in place which was very close to airport. Checkin process was extremely fast, room was clean, all amenities as mentioned, so it was ok for 1 night stay.

Should provide 24 housrs free shuttle bus to airport service. The time when we booked the room we did not read clearly. We notice that the accommodation provides free shuttle bus service only during 9.00 a.m. - 17.00 p.m. after we have finished booking with non refundable and could not cancel, then we need to rent 1 more day car to the airport by our own driving.

Just less than 10 minutes drive to airport. Provide microwave, fridge, kettle, and some necessary equipments for easy food eating. Clean and comfort.

the misleading advertising on Booking.com The booking only allowed changes and not free cancellation. When we made changes for a later date, instead of continuing to give the two discounts (Genius Rewards & Earlybird Booking) from our original booking, we had to pay an inflated price. We checked online on Booking.com and the actual price with two discounts for the new date for a new booking would have been less than our original booking. Instead we had to pay $45.24 NZD ($38.78 CAD) more than our original booking. Also we didn't find out how limited the "free airport shuttle service" was, until after we booked and got a confirmation email.
