Unit located on 2nd floor so we need to climb the stairs with the luggage but it has a balcony if you fantasy.

They are lack of staff in reception but everything had been well arranged and notify us with no problem. Unit is spacious with 2 levels. Location is super, walkable distance to groceries shopping and town center.

Great location (10/15 minute walk from the centre), the apartment was much more spacious than expected which was great, we were able to properly settle and relax (a nice contrast to motels !). Kitchen was well stocked. Great being able to do washing and get it dried.

We had an upstairs unit which means we had to lug our bags upstairs. It was a little drizzly when we arrived so it’s not perfect. But I won’t let that hinder our stay when we are back next time.

The location of the apartment is superb. Fergburger was only 500m away and easy stroll to Sky Luge too. Saves us from looking for parking in the city centre. Queenstown cafe is also a short walk away.

Location is good. Walk distance to shopping area. Car park provided in front of the accommodation. Nice and clean accommodation.

When using the provided appliances and the bathroom without window, it got damp quite quickly. We were missing an extractor fan for the stove and the vented dryer (with the outlet directly into the room). Luckily there was a dehumidifier that helped mitigate the issue.

The accommodation was very well equipped with nice rugs, a balcony overlooking the gondola, a full kitchenette, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Therefore best suited for mid-term stays; notably no daily service.

There are 2 storeys which uncomfortable for seniors.

The apartment has everything you need. It is lovely place and next to the Skyline. You can walkto the town center. We love this place the most in our trips to NZ.

Loved the design of this 2 bedroom apt- with upper floor of one room cum ensuite bathroom. Downstairs has one bedroom, kitchen, dining & living room. Only sad part is tht there is no bathroom downstairs.

Steep walk home from town.

Great space with good view. Conveniently located - 20 minute walk into town. Staff were helpful when we left some items behind.

Beautiful apartment. Great view! We really liked the size - perfect for a small family. We were able to cook a nice meal using the kitchen. Perfect for our short stay. We’d definitely stay again.

We couldn't find the wifi password but it was stuck on the fridge, maybe also have a hardcopy on the table?

The apartment had everything we needed, we completed the Otago Rail Trail so had to wash and dry, hence the washing machine and dryer inside the apartment made it so easy. Lounge area was large and comfortable, short walk to the shops. Nice place to stay.

No mirrors in the bedrooms. No tissue box anywhere in the unit. The tissues provided in the bath were very bad. When you clean with them they were sticking to your hands or face.

In time it would be good to have the windows double-glazed as the noise from the road is significant.

Parking spaces were allocated and ours was only just big enough and against a wall which meant turning around in a tight space. All other spaces looked OK. The driveway is steep for walking up but not an issue for most people.

When we arrived, the lady at reception was quite curt. Although we were the only people in there, her response to every question was " Check what booking.com says". As soon as my partner went to try to get in, she told me the information! There was a damp patch by the kitchen window.

Good location. Had the basics of what was needed. Nice shower.
