The location of the property was amazing with full views of Lake Tekapo. Breakfast-on-bed with amazing lake Tekapo views was the best feature. In Addition, the property has sky views that can be used to see the night sky during winter and summer. The rooms were clean and the staff were excpetional.

Property is in a very good location, around a nice 10 min walk into the town area/ the famous church. Lovely view from the room out on to the lake and if you’re lucky enough to be on the 2nd floor there is a skylight where you can view the stars. A nice touch. Breakfast also good. You order what you want so little wastage, which is a good idea. The staff are also very friendly. The receptionist on duty when we arrived was very helpful with some tips on where to walk etc.

Location of the hotel was excellent, as it is a short 1min away from the main city area, so it’s quiet and dark enough at night that we were able to view the night stars from our room. The hotel room is spacious and bed is comfortable. Breakfast consisted of free flow cooked hot breakfast (items on the menu for your choosing). Dining room is slightly small, so you may need to wait for a table at times. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Complimentary breakfast was incredible! Such a beautiful view of the lake from our room. We loved the skylight though unfortunately too cloudy to see any stars while we were there! Such a lovely bathtub in the room also, a definite highlight!
