Kitchen could do with a plunger.

This is a park of many similar little houses. Parking is under cover which was great as it was pouring with rain. Bed rooms great. Separate toilet and bathroom. Comfortable dining and sitting, lovely little veranda.

The 3rd world country shower pressure. The villa didnt have sufficient lightning still very dim especially in the kitchen. No netflix :(

I had asked for Twin beds and this was written on the paperwork handed to me, but the room had a King bed. Not a biggie, as my Mum and I are road tripping and have been sharing beds along the way. The unit was a bit dated. The stove has seen better days with the element dials starting to peel, and I couldn't find a hair-dryer which I thought would be a standard item to have.

The location was handy to town and tourist facilities and the unit was very roomy. There was a spa bath which was an unexpected surprise.

The bed seemed a little well used, was very soft. Maybe personal preference.

This was our third stay at Quality Suites. We only stayed 1 night so booked a mini suite, was fine for what we needed but would book a larger room if staying for more than that.

Comfortable beds and good size villa (2 bed) for our family with a full kitchen. Very quiet location a little out of town, but Taupo is not that big that it is an issue. Love the old style villas.

It was quite run down. Bathroom was mid renovation? Curtains were very poor, dirty. Bedding was ok, pillows could have been better (had 2 single beds). Internet access was not good at all. Light fittings missing and paint/wallpaper was peeling, looked very sad/neglected. We had a couple move into the adjoining room so soundproofing was an issue on second night. Apparently owned by Chinese company probably going to sell for land value in the future.

Clean one bedroom unit, only several stairs, covered parking area. It had a good sized kitchen (as per description on website. TV, a/c and quiet surroundings with ducks in the swimming pool. Had a couple of visits from a resident rag doll cat, smootchie!

I could hear (and see) the other guests in the room next door. The walls between very were thin. I received heaps of emails in advance of my stay.

Friendly welcome. Lovely quiet room. I got moved as the shower was broken in original room. It had everything I needed, and more, and I wish I was staying longer. The bed was very comfortable.

No milk , paper towels or tissues ,1 PowerPoint in kitchen , taps in kitchen and dials on stove work the opposite to norm with no notification . Kitchen utensils light on .

the owner (I think) was sleeping in the 1 room cabin connected to the property. I felt like my privacy was a little stood on.

Everything worked well enough but the bathroom definitely needs some maintenance. Paint chipping away, possible water damage near taps.

The kitchen, bedroom and lounge were lovely.And it was quiet.

Cleaning needed to be better, dust and grime on the windows, shower had leaked and timber cladding was rotted,microwave didn’t work, frypans still had burnt food in them, only 1 fork in the draw, outside steps were very steep and narrow .
