No issues no complaints perfect place to relax

Location is perfect, opposite beach, few mins walk to main shops and bus routes. It had everything you needed for a weekend or weeks stay. Cleaned and plenty of space.

Fully kitted out with everything you need, spacious, nice bed, great deck with views, 100 metres to the beach and amazing walks near by, 5-10 minute walk to Oneroa township. Great hosts very helpful and friendly

Not much maybe a little hard to get to on foot. Recommend getting a taxi over.

The property had pretty much everything you need. Couldn’t fault it. The hosts are lovely and they offered to drop us to wherever we needed to go.

A superb short break stay, perfect location with stunning views and even a frriendly Morepork to listen to. Heather is delightful and nothing was too much trouble and even gave us a lift to the ferry terminal as the weather turned rather wet. Definitely recommend

Would have liked to know there was a dog on site. Although wasn't an issue after initial meet and greet.

Nothing. It was perfect for our needs.

The studio apartment was well appointed with lots of lovely touches. It was clean and tidy, had soft towels, a comfortable bed, beach towels available, a coffee machine, flowers on the tables, a huge selection of DVDs, was close to the beach and Te Ara Hua walking trail, had views of the water and was close to some beautiful wineries. Hosts Heather and Alastair were friendly, accommodating and very responsive to our requests - lovely people! Waiheke Island is a wonderful place to visit - so much to see and do.

It really is more about expectations. If you are particularly picky about the comfort of the beds and chairs you may flag it. It is not unreasonable.

We really enjoyed the friendliness of the hosts, they went out of their way to support us, at arrival, during our stay and upon departure. The location is excellent. It is a little out-of-the-way, just a short stroll from the bus stop, but equally just a short stroll down to the beach for a swim, while having excellent views from the patio. Sun in the morning, some shade in the late afternoon. The apartment has all the amenities one can think of. Tidy and clean and friendly.

A very comfortable little apartment with lovely hosts. The location is fabulous for the beach, the stunning hike, the village with its restaurants and shops, and the local bus. We will return.

Very clean with excellent facilities. A short (10 minute) walk into town either along the beach or the road. The beach is two minutes away. Our hosts, Heather and Alastair, were very helpful and made us feel at home. A beautiful place to relax and unwind.

Nothing - all was excellent

Location on a quiet street a short walk from Oneroa was amazing. The views from the balcony, living room and bedroom were amazing and lovely to wake up to each day. The bed was comfy, the bathroom large and well stocked, washing machine / dryer / clothesline fantastic and having a fully equipped kitchen with a lot of pantry items on hand was wonderful - we wanted to relax after a hectic few weeks and Jake's Place was perfect.
