Fridge a lil noisy. I would have preferred a light snack in fridge - I was starving as I forget to eat.

I appreciated the lateness of my request - yet Bryan was just so very welcoming grateful thanks. It felt safe. I liked that I had so much space and access to amenities. I liked that I could just drive straight into a free car park. Almost felt like a hotel stay - without the slippers hhhh. It was homely, tasteful decor, super comfy bed, awesome shower pressure - the little things that matter the most.

There was plenty of food, and options provided for our breakfast the next morning. The self-contained room we stayed in had a well-appointed kitchen that had everything we needed if we were to do our own cooking while there. I also liked the fact there were quite a collection of cookbooks that sounded interesting, and I would have loved to check some of them out if we were staying longer.

I was too tired to work out to turn the bedside light on, could not find the switch. A little more layering in the bedding would help with temperature control.

Spacious, with great facilities. Thought had been put into blocking light for a great sleep. The kitchen was good enough to easily self cater, with full range of appliances and crockery.

Only one thing if you are stay on second floor you have to share the bathroom and toilet but we don't have any problem.

Location is a bit far from CBD but very great colony and nearby places.

Bryan was a great host. He was very patient and made us comfortable. We had great conversations. The continental breakfast was great and attention to details were super.

Bathrooms and toilets could’ve been closest to our rooms or in the rooms because didn’t felt comfortable sharing the bathroom and toilet with other people that were staying at the accommodation. It was a bit inconvenient.

I thought robes would be supplied as it was shared bathroom facilities. But there were no robes supplied.

Only a couple of things, add a hot chocolate or milo for people who don’t drink caffeine but still want a hot drink. When you say breakfast included mention if it is continental or a cooked breakfast we were expecting something more for the price but still good. Just needs to be a little more clean also but other than that fantastic!

It was a lovely place, absolutely loved the room with all the plants in. You can tell the owners really appreciate their home and garden. The man who greeted us was very nice and welcoming.

This place was absolutely fantastic. The room was huge, private & warm. Breakfast was continental & delicious. Crossiants one morning then waffles the next. We had orange juice, milk & a capsule coffee maker to enjoy daily. We could’ve stayed there forever. Handy to the motorways & Trust arena, where we attended the UB40 concert.

Maple syrup for the waffles Peanut butter/ honey for toast Parts looked tired an in need of a good spring clean. Had to park quite a way down the road and walk up in the dark Wed night. Would have enjoyed access to movies.

Of the dozen or so places we stayed in New Zealand, we would rate this one lowest. The unit was in need of better cleaning and some minor maintenance and repair. Also, there was a pervasive petroleum or solvent odour.

The host was friendly and responsive and the unit had lots of facilities (mid-size fridge, full stove with oven, an outside eating area, etc.) It would be easy to self-cater meals while staying in Auckland for several days at Lush & Co.

It was in a great position for our trip further north the following day. Lots of eateries nearby for dinner. We were greeted at the door, with lots of useful information in the room too. Terrific breakfast to get us going in the morning

I didn't like the fact that we were sharing the bathroom and toilet with other guests.

The bed was comfortable, and it was local. The customer service was great.

There were no negatives in this stay.

We were greeted warmly by our host who showed us to our wonderful accommodation and gave us all the information we required. Bryan and Margaret made us feel special and had everything set up for our comfort. We were treated to a luxury breakfast with everything we could need to make the stay memorable and easy. We loved their attention to detail, including the cookies, cold filtered water and freshly squeezed orange juice. We enjoyed the coffee, TV in each room, Wifi, crisp fresh sheets and luxury king sized beds. There was so much to love. Unforgettable.
