Nothing, there’s nothing not to like.

Just a magical location to enjoy the spectacular views and surrounds. Fantastic location if you have a car, 15 mins to Coronet Park, 10 mins to Arrowtown and 10 to Queenstown. Clean, spacious and comfortable with everything we needed, I will definitely try to visit again. Unfortunately it was a very short visit for us.

The location was great - a little way outside Queenstown with fabulous views over the mountains. Jan was very welcoming and we had a huge room. We loved sitting on the front decking in the evening.

Absolutely beautiful setting with views of the mountains and orchards. Peaceful and serene. The property is equidistant between Queenstown and Arrowtown-both offering a multitude of activities, shopping, art, and vineyards. Love, love, love

We absolutely loved our stay, the rooms were spacious and beautiful, the garden and views stunning and the hosts Tim and Jan were so friendly, giving advise on walks and places to visit and helped us out when our van broke down. We also loved our nightly visit on the veranda from Tippy the dog. Just a fantastic stay

Other guests in our party had to come through our bedroom to access the bathroom for our upstairs suite. I hadn't realised that the kitchen and sitting room were shared with others when I booked. The other couple staying in the house's downstairs suite were lovely and it was fun to have other company in the house - however, it was unexpected and could have detracted from the visit if we'd been seeking solitude. My bad as I should have read the details more carefully.

The location, gardens and view were stunning. The beds were comfortable, the bedrooms spacious, the kitchen facities excellent and the shared sitting room conducive to being sociable. The outside seating area on the deck was great to take in the views or just to chill and read a book. The drive to Arrowtown or Queenstown was under 10 minutes. Tim was an obliging host.

Everything is perfect, it’s just that lounge area and kitchen is shared. It might get uncomfortable if accompanied by messy family!!

Wow! The views are totally amazing, and this retreat is like a hidden gem away from the busy vibes of Queenstown. Surrounded by nature, the garden here is just awesome, filled with colorful flowers and cool trees. It's got everything we could ask for and more! The hosts are super friendly and full of great tips for stuff to do in Queenstown. Plus, their pets are just the cutest little buddies ever! They made sure we had everything we have in terms of food. Just loved chitchatting with them. Would love to visit again!
