I would not have rented the property if I knew the room had an adjoining door to another room. The noise was unacceptable.

The staff were not responsive enough. We tried calling the indicated number a number of times for some concerns, but there wasn't any response at the other end. The only way to contact them is by email, which takes time. It would have been perfect if there was a little more personal touch and responsiveness from the contact people. Otherwise, it is highly recommended.

The unit was exceptional, very spacious, clean, classy, and conveniently located. The bathrooms were nicely heated.

The apartment is located behind the one facing the lake. The furniture appeared more worn out than in the pictures. The room was also much darker than depicted. There was no elevator, so I had to carry my heavy luggage up and down the stairs.

The property had free on-site parking which is very convenient. The king size bed is nice.

I didn’t read the section of the kitchenette properly and thought of a small cooktop and kitchen sink available. But cups and bowls had to be washed in the bathroom!

The walls are very thin so you can basically just hear everything. Would also appreciate to have a little stove rather than a microwave.

Nothing we did not like!

We spend 2 nights over Christmas period and were very comfortable and able to relax for what was 1/2 way through or road trip around the South Island. We’re able to wash our clothes, cook up a lovely Christmas dinner and even decorate a bit. It rained on one day and it was nice to just sit and relax and rest up. Was a short drive into QT but were were glad to be away from the hustle and bustle and relax looking over the water and into the mountains. Communication with staff was all via the Ap message system and was ideal and they were very helpful. Would stay again and would highly recommend.

It is just a bit outside Queenstown with a lovely view of the Marina. Very clean, well appointed kitchen and spacious. There are a few new businesses opening for food options. I recommend stopping by Fino and having a nice glass of wine on the Marina. If you are going to Milford sound, Pure Milford will pick you up at the bus stop right across the street. This was very convenient. It was a quick trip for us and we really wished we could have stayed longer.

There is not much to say in regards to dislikes, I just wish i could bring my big, well-behaved dog to stay.

I love the location. The views are magnificent. The atmosphere is relaxing. It is private, there is always car parking.

Caring hosts Lake outside Spacious studio I m highly appreciate helpful of the host Savannah n her partner . I hv foot injury before the day to arrive Queenstown . As my room was at the 1/F , I cannot move my 23kg luggage upstairs. Savannah asked her partner drive to the apartment to move the luggage for me . They are very kindness . Thank you very much .

The room decription was not entirely correct, at least for our apartment. There wa s no washing machine or dish washer in the room.

Room/aprtment was very nice and comfortable. Location is realy nice right by the lake. Staff is very supportive.
