The shower broke but we were upgraded to a new room, the staff are incredible and so friendly.

Very nice apartment - clean, well-equipped, and spacious. Staff were very helpful and friendly, went above and beyond to assist when we had issues with our car. Good location, short drive to town and main attractions. Nice little touches like local milk. Overall would recommend!

Sophie on reception was so kind and helpful, I appreciated her taking the time to explain everything. The room was spacious and comfortable. It is a little dated, but very clean and the highlight for me was the spa bath, outside inthe cold Rotorua night, to be in a beautiful hot spa was fabulous. I'll be back!

The restaurant was closed for our visit. Car parking a little cramped. Unsure if they have any accessible facilities which would have improved stay

The Wifi was quite bad, it kept cutting out and when I moved the bed to check to make sure we didn’t leave anything behind, it looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile.

The Staff were lovely and very welcoming. My room #20 was perfect, big comfy bed, our own balcony overlooking the stream with our own private spa. Tv had all the channels and the shower pressure was amazing.

Everything, even the fact it was close to skyline, and we got discounts through your bookings.The outside heated pool, everything the minigolf the spa bubble bath, the rooms and the beds the service hospitality all of it.

The shower was an open shower with a shower curtain so every time we used the shower the whole bathroom floor got wet. We learnt quickly not to leave clothes on the bathroom floor!

Loved the quiet location, the room was big with a separate bedroom and our own hot tub! Everything was sparking clean! The staff were lovely and accommodating :)

Fantastic location, walking distance to the gondolas and close to Minigolf with Bunnies. Also has its own free minigolf and a lovely stream to take walks by. Good playground and pool.

The heat pump, i find it very dehydrating. The shower, makes too much water mess. The self locking door, i didn't realise i needed to take my key with me, lucky someone was with me lol.. the couches didn't have pillows. The bigger couch was broken. The toilet could do with a rail to help get up due to its extremely close proximity to the shower

The scenery and backyard was absolutely beautiful!! We were allowed to check in early which was great for us being out of town. The room was warm as on arrival. The location was perfect!! Its always awesome to see maori staff too!!!!!! This was one of our best stays, well definitely be back!!!! Thank you 😁

The 9pm closure for the games room and pool. Because we were so busy exploring we didn't have enough time to get the most out of the hotel facilities.

Everything. We ended coming back the following week for a couple more days. I enjoyed the private hot tubs and the heated pool. My family were very happy with the strong water pressure.
