The mattresses needed replacement, very uncomfortable..

Staff were lovely, the little chalets are beautiful! It was cosy. We had a chalet with a fireplace and a spa it was so cute.

The lounge suite was a bit slippery to get comfortable on. The outside light wasn't working but that hadn't been brought to the attention of reception earlier.

Compact but roomy for the four of us. Having a washing machine & dryer was a bonus. Shower had excellent pressure. A very warm place as there was a heat pump as well as electric blankets.

Houses across the road from unit 3 had a party all night with very loud music. Not Rocky Mountain Chalets problem, but did make sleeping difficult.

Everything was great..the place was very clean and well equipped. It was very close to ski field... Very handy. Also there is parking for the car.. hot pool was also excellent. Overall loved our stay.

Extremely cheerful, friendly and informative greeting from reception. Immaculatley clean, spacious living, bathroom and kitchen areas. Bonus of washer and drying machines. Super comfortable beds. Really impressed and would stay again.

The outlook from some chalets is just other chalets, so the view is not a selling point for these rooms.

The chalet was modern, clean, warm, and sunny. It has everything you need in a convenient location. Well-appointed kitchen, dining area, comfortable lounge so there enough room for everyone to have their own space.

We loved the chap at reception. A great person. He had turned on heat pump in chalet. So when we arrived it was warm and cozy. It was immaculately presented. It had everything we needed and more.

Nothing , was the perfect spot for our weekend away at the snow. Only 45min drive to whakapapa

Loved our stay with our family. So much space felt just like being at home. Beds were super comfortable, everything was very modern and clean. Loved there was a washer and dryer what a bonus for a weekend away to not come home with washing, especially with kids. Spa and sauna facilities were perfect too, clean and never had to wait. The man at the front desk was very friendly when we arrived. We will defiantly be back!

We were not able to charge our car. We are happy to pay extra $10 per day to charge. We had to go to public chargers that were not always available. It made our stay very inconvenient

Warm quiet chalets

Dinner Plates were too large for the dishwasher to spin arms to wash top drawer. Not enough drinking glasses. Bathroom fan and kitchen fans were so loud. Booking website was a bit misleading because i thought we booked an aparthotel room, not an airbnb type situation where we have to take out our own trash at the end. It didn't ruin the trip, but just was unexpected.

Very clean and comfortable, quiet, warm. Late checkout was good. Love the location.
