The furniture was outdated in the living area. The legs of the chairs were falling off. The sliding door in our room was hard to use, the rollers were damaged. The running of the water for the spa pool could be heard from the room above and below which kept us awake. The ceiling above the spa pool was leaking so there was a dripping sound onto the floor from the room above.

Rooms were comfortable and roomy, beds were excellent. As it was a cold time in September the heating of the rooms were excellent.

Thin walls , could hear the upstairs room walking around. Peoples dishes stayed outside for a long time before they got cleared.

I didn't see anything about having to put a $100 deposit when I checked in. The pool prematurely closed. Had to hut for a carport as there was a meeting on site while we were there. I did get my deposit back once I checked out but now still waiting for it the be refunded into my account.

It was a good stay. Happy with the breakfast we had. Bed was very comfy. Will stay again.

Breakfast too dear and on the second day it was cold, and I was the first in at 7.00am and left without eating it. They didnt charge in the end.

We expected a lot from this property but ended up being disappointed. Some of the pillow cases had makeup stains on them, carpeted floor was dirty and we could feel debris as we walked barefoot on it. We didn't bother to report the pillow cases with makeup stains as we were too tired to care. The general cleanliness we expected from this kind of big property was not really met. There was a constant banging sound from the outside as well as upstairs. We can't figure out if there was a gym upstairs or just plain noisy guests. There is no lock on the bathroom door. Water pressure was good but we had a hard time controlling the water temperature. One positive thing would be that the beds were comfy but still we couldn't stop thinking if the linens were changed altogether. This review is not to put you down but for your property to do better. The entrance of the hotel and reception has more potential. We wish you the best!

dining in - one staff member doing everything. Only 7 people ate there. Good menu but wonder if it was cheaper and also the drinks whether residents would utilise. Maybe change menus to suit clientele at time

The bathroom was a little tired. Missing grout between tiles and a stained hand basin. There were cups and glasses in the kitchen cabinet but only 2 tea spoons. No dish liquid or scrub brush to clean used cups. There was coffee and standard tea available but nothing for non tea/ coffee drinkers.

The room was very spacious. Beds were clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We couldn't prepare our own breakfast due to no plates or suitable.cutlery in the room but the buffet breakfast was great. Lots of variety. The restaurants dinner menue had a nice variety also.

A bit old, some of the towels had yellow stains that can't be washed off.

Location is good and convenient. Value for money is really good. We didn't stand much but generally liked it. It also was very smooth check in and check out.

The spa pool didn’t work in our room and even if it did, the water would not heat up. Just be transparent in the advertising about it and it should be fine
