No bubble bath and the bath empties whilst you’re in it. Speakers in bathroom should connect with the TV so you can watch a movie in the bath.

The WIFI was a bit slow and one of the 2 lamps in the room did not work. There was also no tissues, lotion or conditioner in the shower. The pool tiles were peeling off and could snag your swimsuit/hair No parking available until July 2024

Very fancy hotel, staff very accommodating and professional, everyone was really nice and happy. We got to upgrade our room for very cheap when we were checking in which included the vip club lounge free buffet breakfast in the morning which was so delicious! Our room had an awesome view of the sky tower and harbour bridge! Was a great experience I didn’t want to leave ! Will definitely book here next time I stay in Auckland. Well worth the money spent!

The only thing that went wrong, was that our bags were not put in the car when communicated. We headed out for breakfast, so had checked out of our room. The staff were going to put our bags in the car for us while we were out. BUT we should have checked before we drove back home. Staff were amazing at getting it sorted.

We loved the room and how spacious it was. Room service was really fast and to such a high standard. All staff were so professional and kind. We will definitely be back.

There was no coffee maker in our room but we did have coffee pods, also the hand soap in the bathroom was not broken so had to keep going yo the shower to get the saop to wash hands.

The bar was great and the new girl that had been only there for a week was lovely. Rooms are good.

I only wish we could have stayed longer and brought our swim gear so we could have tried the pool - next time!

The Presidential Suite was beautiful and a good size. The fresh flowers were a lovely touch and the bed nice and comfortable. The staff at the Cordis are very good, so friendly and accommodating and the Club Lounge was a good spot to have a bite to eat.

Not as much variety with in room service with me being gluten and dairy free. I had rung up before my trip to request no alcohol in the mini bar. However arrived to alcohol in the mini bar which I then requested to be removed. 2 days later and the mini bar was restocked again with alcohol.

I really liked the comfort and layout of the room. I liked the comfy beds. I liked how you could chromecast to the tvs. I liked the valet parking. I liked the sauna and spa. I liked the pleasant interactions with the service I received.
