Absolutely nothing!!!

The apartment was exceptional - I don't know if we were the first people to ever stay there, but everything seemed brand new and spotlessly clean. The view is unrivalled!! I couldn't recommend this property any more highly.

Gorgeously spotless accommodation with outstanding view! Kitchen was well stocked with lots of goodies, cannot cook though which was fine with us, we just uber picked up dinner. Barest of art and clutter which simplified the decor beautifully 🥰. Gorgeous sunset!

The cottage was beautifully decorated and clean. The communication from the host was amazing. Such a comfortable bed and the view was spectacular, even in the middle of winter. Will definitely be staying there again.

Perfect accommodation. Fantastic views. Immaculately clean and comfortable. Tank and Gus (the property's dogs) are an added bonus. I never want to leave when I get there.

The apartment was very modern and immaculate. The kitchen was fully stocked with different coffees and teas, muesli, breakfast cereal, milk. Everything was beautifully presented. The furnishings were extremely comfortable and the views over the Tasman Sea were spectacular. There was a little patio with comfy chairs and a table.

Beautifully situated with uninterrupted views of the Tasman Sea. Lovely new property. Everything was spotless, thoughtfully put together and every little detail was considered. So great to have choice of cereals, coffees and teas!

Loved everything.

Fist stop for us in Southern Nee Zealand did not disappoint. Gorgeous views, easy to find. Rey well stocked, included recommendations for dining -but ample supplies to make your own breakfast. Relaxing stay with great hosts in a breathtaking location.

Couldn’t walk to the beach, had to go 2km down highway 6 either way to get to it

Views are fantastic, apartment clean and the bed is big and comfortable. Hard to take your eyes of the view so sitting on your own patio was just so relaxing, the town of Hokitika was lovely, had plenty going on, I liked it there, Greymouth town was very run down and tired looking, not for me. Anthea and wayne are lovely, we enjoyed chatting with them, would happily stay again

Note; it's further out from Greymouth (heading south) than we'd expected, about a 10 min drive as you head south from the town.

A beautifully appointed, spacious apartment. Lovely views over the Tasman Sea at sunset! Recommended.

wasn't sure we were at the right place, sign sitting against a table, box trailer and looked like building supplies out front, not the setting for a luxury unit,something banged repeatedly through the night
