The accommodation is affordable, the location is excellent, the accommodation is clean and has everything that one needs, great options for solo and couples either for leisure or work.

Property lighting was not warm and welcoming, room facilities were poor, empty toiletries, room size and furniture quantity didn't match, room feels a bit empty. Since there were no credit/debit card reader, cash payment made some trouble for me.

The location was nice and quiet, the room was clean and spacious and there were plenty of parking space outside the property. I easily extend my stay just asking the staff.

It was just a room in a huge empty still under construction house with very simple finishing for marbles, still the cement and glue is everywhere. And it was hot and dusty because I guess nobody use it during summer. To on the ac before arrival would be appreciated. People who don’t know Oman will maybe feel a bit scary so alone in a big house but as Oman is safe we trust and it was good with us. It’s very simple and the price is same as the value. We missed a sitting area or something outside because there is huge area where it would be nice to have seating. Weather was so nice. The bathroom is outside the room just to be clear for future guests.

The location was perfect for me. Just a 15 minute walk from Qurum beach, or a 4 minute drive. It's in a quiet neighborhood and feels like home. The host is very attentive to any needs you may have. I'll go back again and again and perhaps stay longer.

Hosts were LOVELY and we really felt at home, coming and going as we please and occasionally using their kitchen sink. Location was right next to Qurm beach which was perfect for us. Extremely good value for money, rooms were huge and exceptional clean bathrooms.

Our stay started with a warm and friendly welcome. The house is very nice. The room is modern, very clean, and decorated in country-specific style. Damaris and her husband are great hosts. They gave us very good recommendations for our tours in and outside of Muscat. One of the cities most popular beaches and a couple of very good restaurants / cafès is just some walking minutes away. We felt at home and very much enjoyed our stay at Arabian Nights!

We were only missing adopters for our chargers as they are different than in Europe, we had to buy them there. And there were no mirrors in the room, the only one was in the bathrooms that were shared with the others. Except that everything else was perfect.

The location was perfect, near to the beach and Al Quorum park and Royal Opera house. The weather was just perfect, so we enjoyed our stay a lot. The hosts were nice, and always with a smile on their face.

Don't expect a hotel at this price: it's a work in progress. Some wall sockets didn't work, and I couldn't get good wifi except near the door of the room. But honestly nothing that was a problem. The warmth of the welcome and location make this a great choice.

The host, Damaris, was simply charming and really made you feel welcome like a guest in her home. The room was enormous and clean, price very reasonable, and for a couple of Reals she offers a simple but tasty Arabic breakfast. Could we have it early one day as we were going out on a trip? No problem at all. Muscat is an odd, sprawling city, with no real sense of a centre, except the Mutrah old area. In some ways this house is in the middle of nowhere, yet a lovely beach with great sunsets is just a short walk away, and the nearby restaurant, Ramssa, is superb. I'd thoroughly recommend it.

Placed in a nice residential area, easy to find, lovely owners on site, room super spacious and extremely clean. Close to the sea and a very good tradional restaurant close to the mosque.
