We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

This hotel offers good value for the money. The staff were accommodating and professional. Thanks to Mr. SUHAIL (Hotel Manager) and Mr.EMAD (operations manager) and Mr. Suresh.And special mentionend to Mr. Emad that even before our arrival, Mr Emad professionaly assist us with all my inquiries.We felt safe and secure during our stay in the hotel. It is our first visit to Oman. We watched many YouTube videos prior to our trip and we were sold! However, seeing the place in person was nothing like the videos because we explored places with a local that were not on YouTube. We are very pleased with what we see and would definitely come again and stay for longer 👍

BangladeshThe bathrooms should have a glass barrier around the shower so that the entire bathroom doesn't get wet during showers. Two of the bathrooms did not have a glass barrier. Cleanliness was average, could have been cleaner. We had to buy a separate adapter to charge our electronics because the hotel could not provide it. The kitchen had no cups, plates or utensils, or cleaning detergent so we had to ask for it separately. Breakfast was good but need variety. Not everyone can have hummus, pita bread and falafel for breakfast everyday. Location is a bit outside of city, near the suburbs so its difficult to find better eating restaurants, malls and money exchange places.
The staff were really nice and accommodating, allowing us a late check out since our flight was later in the evening. The suite itself was like a home with 2 bedrooms, a living area, 3 bathrooms, a balcony and a kitchen so there was a lot of space for a family of 4. The beds were too soft and too high for my liking. The breakfast was the same each day with no variety. But food was good, if you like Turkish food a lot.

It is like 1 bedroom apartment. 3. Kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave, kittle, tea bags and sugar. 4. Clean and comfortable but only dust smell in living room sofa. 5. Gym and swimming pool open from 10 am to 10 pm. 6. Swimming pool is around 1.4 meters deep, 10 meters long, 6 meters width for adults pool. There is kids pool also. Sauna, showers, towels, lockers available. 7. Restaurant available in hotel with room delivery service and the prices are reasonable. 8. Iron not available in rooms but they have laundry service chargeable. 9. Quite and comfortable environment. 10. Free wifi available with access point in the room.
