staff very help full and the location is very good near all facility

Not so clean, pool is dirty

Staff, they tried their best to accommodate me

First romm i was put in has wiered layout, hard to watch TV. Next night ivwas put in a different room and AC was not working, woke up 3AM and couldn't sleep after that, moved to 3rd room, The bed was too hard, like a rock, couldn't sleep again, it is listed as a 4* facility, but it is not. The manager confirmed it is a 3+ ( I don't know what that means). Finally checked out and moved to a different place.

Moldy smell from the AC unit, dust filled fan in the bathroom, broken chair in the room, REALLY nasty window! Which affected the beautiful view.

1. Boor hotel management 2. Ten receptionist gave another guest my room key “ double room booking” and the new guest open the door at mid night while we are sleeping 3. I have requested for additional blanket and staff brought the blanket at mid night

It was the cheapest 4 star hotel on the booking.com site at the time of the reservation.

How can this hotel be a 4 star hotel? The cooling system is very loud and old and needs more than 40 minutes to get the room cold. No parking, No Iron, No hair dryer, No laundry bag, No Hangers and every other basic commodities provided even in a 3 star hotel is missing unless you ask for it several dozen times and still, it’s provided reluctantly. The main staff ( other than the front desk people ) speak zero English! For each request they had to go back and forth more than 3 to 4 times to get it right. Spend a few rials more and save yourself from the headache and a sleepless night at this self declared so called 4 star hotel.

Its value for money
