We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

FinlandFor a four star hotel, we had expected more help with travelling in Salalah/Oman, for example about tours and buses. The pool area is nice, but could be put into more use and be a little cleaner: we saw people swimming with all their clothes on.
The staff were so kind and helpful. We especially enjoyed their lovely breakfast. In the room, we were pleasantly surprised by the little kitchenette area, including a fridge, a microwave, a sink, as well as counter space. The hotel is attached to a shopping centre and there is a hypermarket nearby, and there are plenty of restaurants and other services, nearby.

The hotel is part of a commercial center with many shops and services, part of a central square that is quite lively in the evening. Breakfast was buffet style and very tasty. The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the rooftop pool with bar.
