We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

RomaniaThe second bedroom is a duplex , so it’s an open space with living room and kitchen, no blinds at the big window so if you want to sleep after the sunrise you will need eye mask . They will need to add a coffee machine for guests who enjoy coffee with the amazing view from the balcony.

OmanI have guest they didn’t allowed them to enter the property from the owner of the place not from the resort and he said the roles not from his side from the resort 😂he run to call the gate to not allow my guest to enter 😂I rent the place with my money I didn’t came for free and When we check out we ask them to help us with our luggage they say no will not help !!!!! I didn’t like there attitude 👎 it will be last time to rent from them

NetherlandsApartment does need an upgrade: carpets in bedroom and living room are full of stains, screen door is broken, kitchen cabinets do not close properly, some are broken. Too bad there was no coffee/tea.
Great apartment for 4 adults. Beautiful, large terrace with a great view, wonderful to sit outside in the evening. Facilities are also good, including washing machine. Easy acces.

The layout of the flat is really nice, but unfortunately the bedroom upstairs has got no wall at the front and is overlooking the seating area, which makes it uncovinient to sleep, and not safe for children.
